I moved it to King of Prussia four years ago, then I have to do go to this location for my banking. Unfortunately, this place is not friendly and helpful as Harleysville , So I tried to go to for the farther locations for my banking. Just so disappointing it into this place.

Worst Manager Ever!!!I use this drive-thru branch daily for business transactions and used the customer service today for the 2nd time in 3 years. Tellers are pretty good, Elizabeth the rep. was nice until Rina Rampogu (the manager) who wasn't even asked to help, budged in and was nothing short but rude, very unwelcoming and extremely impatient.

Rina, the bank manager was both rude and unwelcoming and seemed entirely uninterested in providing customer service. Our encounter from the moment we approached her desk was unpleasant, perhaps because we were early for our appointment and interrupted her lunch break, and abrupt and we left not completing the transaction as we hoped. While her information may have been accurate, her manner spoke loudly of not wishing to be of any assistance to us. This has not been the case at other branch offices.

Rina is the greatest. Goes out of her way to help everyone. If you can’t get along with her, something is seriously wrong with you. I love TD bank but since I moved I drive out of my way just so I know I have her and her wonderful staff to help me every time. Thanks Rina!
