Treasure was amazing! She was so helpful and made the entire process seamless and easy. She was working an entire shift on her own and managed to give each person her undivided attention. She works so hard and it’s evident she cares about her job and the customer experience.

My son and I had a great visit with Robin at Black Tux at Nordstrum to get measured and fitted for my daughters wedding. She was very helpful and friendly during our visit. Some of our sizes were in between the sizes that you carry and she was very patient with both of us trying on various size options and pants jackets and shirts. She paid close attention to minor details such as shirt sleeve length vs jacket sleeve length to make sure we would get the proper look. It was actually a pleasant experience due to her personality and professionalism.

Great experience at TBT in King of Prussia. My consultant, Robin was extremely helpful - polite and professional. Great service in being fitted and she walked me through the entire process with ease. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to rent for a special event.

Employee didn’t care. She seemed extremely unaware and under prepared. She did not even know I was the groom, nor told us how to send the suits links to my groomsmen.

Robin & Tre'zure were extremely helpful in ensuring the may son and myself were fitted properly. Tre'zure went out of her way and was able to make sure that my sons tuxedo fit.

This place is the size of my closet no signs any where telling you were the place is actually located and over crowded. Didn’t even stay for the appointment.
