They cancelled my tux fitting 1 day before my appointment. When I told them I have family traveling from out of town and have gotten a hotel for the appointment they did not care. Extremely disappointed since I really liked their designs but I’ll have to go with somewhere else.

Barbara was excellent in working with me to get fitted for my tux. She was efficient and really cared about helping me find the best tux to fit my needs. I definitely recommend scheduling an appointment with Barbara.

They did a great job tailoring the suits for my wedding. One of my groomsmen needed his pants adjusted two weeks before the wedding, and they were very quick to make the change. We were able to save a ton of money by renting through Black Tux, and the quality of the suits were still excellent.

I attempted to rent a tux via my phone. I was prompted there was an issue and to call. So I waited until they opened and called The Black Tux and I was told to go on a laptop, clear my cookies and try to complete the purchase. An unnecessary call that wasted a day. I left a review and a rep reached out and reiterated to try buying on a laptop. Pointless and unhelpful. So, I tried to complete via computer and received the same message to call the store AGAIN. The rep informed me my bank flagged as fraud, so I had to call my bank. I call my bank and, yes my bank flagged the purchase because The Black Tux charged me 3 times for the same purchase. So I now have a $700 charge from The Black Tux and no tux confirmed. I told The Black Tux rep they need to only process one charge. Radio silent from The Black Tux. Going on day 4 of trying to get an order. I've had small problems over the years, but never enough to have a bad experience. This is bad, time consuming and expensive. I would recommend looking elsewhere, as it's not too economical either.

do not use this company for your wedding. I decided to use the black tux for my tux and my groomsmen tux and what a nightmare it was to deal with. first off half of my groomsmen got their tuxes about 2 weeks before my wedding and then the other half didn't receive them until 5 days before. I was on the phone constantly with customer service trying to figure out what was going on and each time I got "I have to check with the ware house I will get back to you in an hour or so" and then I wouldn't hear anything back the rest of the day. They would also tell me "there tux is scheduled to ship out today" and they wouldn't ship out for another 3 days. The guy that took the measurements for my dad and the father of the bride was clueless as my dads pants were way too big and my wife's fathers whole tux was two sizes too big, I paid for expedited shipping to get his new tux ASAP and after waiting for another week they told me his replacement tux would arrive two days before the wedding. My wife's brothers tuxedo looked like it was thrown into a ball and shipped out as it was incredibly wrinkled when he got it. On top of all of this, half of the boxes they sent out weren't sent out with return slips on the box. I thought this company would be more convenient to use then others but I was completely wrong. Avoid The Black Tux, they're not worth your stress. I wish I could give less than one star.

Suit was fine, service was a total pain. Just feels like another wedding industry scam to separate me from my money. Could not order the jacket and pants without also ordering the shirt, belt, and everything else even though I just wanted to use my own. No reminders to send back the suit within 3 days because they want to charge late fees. I will not be using this service for my wedding and I will discourage others from using it as well.

Horrible customer service. Two months before an event, I reserved an appointment at KOP for a fitting. They canceled me citing "unforeseen circumstances" which doesn't mean anything to me. Ok, fine. Things happen. But then I scheduled another appointment close to the deadline for my event. The day before my appointment, they canceled again due to "unforeseen circumstances." I called them to find another opening, but they just told me to use the website to book another. Talk about lousy customer service.
