Ordered a small cabinet to be delivered to this store. I received two proactive updates and then nothing. I have used the online chat bot, the online help chat, and called. No answers, just a bunch of "we will check and get back to you." It's now 13 days past my expected delivery date and no one got back to me. I reached out again and got some lame answer of "low stock." Essentially they have failed at the most basic functions as well as treating customers consideration. I have cancelled my order and will absolutely never order anything from Home Depot again. They won't care, but you should.

3/5 stars based on going for products I know I need. I haven't used any of the installation services.Great location with ample parking and generally good stock of common items which is a plus for a DYIer.Deducting 2 stars because while the staff are friendly, it is hit and miss on staff who are truly knowledgeable about a specific trade and or tool which I thought was one of the perks separating Home Depot from the others.

Rented a attic cat insulation blower back in March. The equipment worked great and the staff answered a few question as well as helped me load it onto my truck.

Pete Donnelly who is a manager was extremely unprofessional, rude, and obnoxious. I left the store shaken up. Please stay away from this location. I spent over $4,000 on appliances and to be treated in this manner is absolutely unacceptable. I will never use home depot again.

I walked In to customer service to pick up an online purchase. Cashier Majhani was very rude from the start, no can I help you or hello just a yeah? Had a dental floss pick hanging out of her mouth! Disgusting! I'd drove quite a ways to pick up my order that was a floor model (never informed of that) so it was put together and would never fit in my car. It was also falling apart! I didn't want that and this person still with the dental floss pick in her mouth still being rude mumbles something and I said excuse me she answered something and rudely handed me a receipt!! Never again will I go to that store!!

I do not recommend using their kitchen redesign services. I have found the customer service to be horrendous. I was overbilled for services their vendors would not be providing and despite Colonial Granite contacting Home Depot and informing them of the billing issue have not been able to get a refund after repeatedly asking for one over the past FOUR months. There were numerous other design and fitment issues as well and have found them to be unresponsive and take little responsibility for the work they performed. They didn't even provide their installers accurate plans until multiple days into the installation process. Overall it was a highly disappointing and frustrating experience. The only reason I did not rate them 1 star is that the installers that they contracted with for my kitchen did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.

I really don't write reviews. But, people need to be aware of Home Depot's home delivery services. Buy other things, just do not buy any appliances from Home Depot! We have had repeated horrible experiences from their delivery services! They damaged our properties and often with repeated no shows first. They use third-party companies. These ppl were rude, trash talking and careless without any manner! When we called Home Depot and tried to address the issues, they couldn't do anything about it. They just asked us whether we wanted to simply cancel our latest order. We are going to Lowes and other stores from now on.

They cancelled my reservation for a MOVING TRUCK the night before I needed to pick it up. Who the actual f*ck does that? No call. Just an email that I didn't see until 9pm for a pickup that was scheduled at 9am the following day.

This is for all Home Depots, not just KoP. I purchased everything at Home Depot for over 20 years. Sadly, no longer. You once could get help from their staff, whereas Lowe's staff were typically unhelpful. Those days are gone. When someone tells you they will return your call, they should. Home Depot staff does not. They hardly answer their phones. (Time to go to Lowe's). I've been given false information on projects, I've been told that a special order was placed and it wasn't, and I've been treated rudely... including by district managers. No more!

The quality of Home Depot staff has spiraled downwards in recent years. Gone are helpful and cheerful retirees. Hello complacent, fragile, and rude hipsters. I used to love this place. Now I cringe when I need to ask for help. Yes the negative reviews you read are true.

Tomás at the King of Prussia Home Depot tool rental department was extremely helpful and made sure I rented a truck that I was comfortable driving. Great service, I'll be back for any other tool or vehicle rental needs.

Although this location often has very sad looking or dead succulents, the staff here is so great. They're always friendly and accommodating. I did have an issue with curbside pickup but I resolved it by going inside to talk to customer service and they were so apologetic and sweet.

Was in there tonight around 5:15PM, some a-hole customer in a baseball cap was shouting and cursing at the associates at customer service. The associates were extremely professional and did their absolute best to help, while the guy made a total scene and wouldn't listen to reason. Please give your customer service people a raise, they deserve better.
