“Not sure why the reviews are so low. I went to this location in-person to pick up my card. For all those expecting the mailing to be faster, just go pick up the card lol. The lady working the front was super friendly and talked to me about cost effective ways to use the Zipcar. I didn't receive any extra charges on my bill, rented a car for 24-hrs and had no issues. Make sure you return the car to the lot that you got it, and if you plan on using the car for more than 8 hrs, you might as well rent out the day, because it will probably be around $100.”
“Brought my car in with the AC not working correctly. Got there at 8a, George said he would call me within an hour to let me know what repair was needed and the cost. Sure enough, 40 minutes later he called with diagnosis and cost. Had it repaired within the next hour and ready to go. Very fair pricing, excellent service. Bonus that they are located just a couple blocks from the 69th street transportation terminal. Highly recommend.”

“Very impressed with a driver named Ken who today went above and beyond to make a pick up late in the day of six crates for a customer of ours. The pick up location was off of a major road and while it was a commercial shipping business, a combination of the turning radius and the configuration of the crates required him to shuttle all of the crates to his lift-gate with his hand truck. He was very patient, Understanding of the situation and humble as he just went about his business on a hot afternoon. Driving a truck is not easy work and I hope that you will recognize Ken for his professionalism and can do spirit to let him know how much he is appreciated. ???❤️”
