SAVOR food at the towersMy nephew went into to SAVOR to purchase candy where a white male said to the cashier "you guys should have a purchase requirement so people have to spend a certain amount to be in here" the cashier then replied to the gentleman also said you should put up a sign. The attendant replied and said "even if we put a sign up THEY won't read it". The attendant in the store's name was Sherri, I am so livid that my nephew had to experience that. . NO matter a person skin color everyone should be treated with respect. Our family has worked hard for many years , our children are educated and well mannered and our family deserves to be treated with the utmost respect. My nephew said for the 1st time he feels uncomfortable living there and that is not okay!

We tried to rent an apartment here. Our friends live there already, so we would have been a super easy sell - basically ready to sign the papers right after our tour, even though no one answered or returned our calls after trying to call three different numbers several times each over the course of about a week.Management gave us the run around several times, wrong and contradictory information ("This unit will be a renovated three bedroom." Then later "No it's actually an unrenovated two bedroom at the same price.") with little to no attempt to make things right after giving incorrect info. Red flags.I've also heard that there are major issues with the HVAC systems and staff can take a long time to respond (if they do at all).

Moved out about a year ago but never got around to writing the review, so apologies if anything is outdated! **definitely read the ending part if you’re planning on living here with a dog**The leasing staff is very polite and good with replying, definitely one of the best leasing staffs in the area after my experiences at other neighborhoodAlso felt really safe and the apartment had nice amenities (indoor pool, movie room, concierge, package room, etc)The security deposit is the highest i’ve ever paid - was over $1500. Just a heads up if you plan on applyingHowever, the apartment itself had a lot of maintenance issues. It looked really nice on a surface level but some stuff was really outdated - for example, the master bedroom wouldnt get any AC or heat, if any of the vents around the apartment were open. (So if I wanted AC at night in my room, I had to shut off the vent in the living room and second bedroom)No vents in the master bathroom - so it would be really hot in the summers. We brought this up to the maintenance staff a few times but were just told to close all other vents instead if we wanted the master bedroom to not be extremely hot or cold (?)The bath tubs would get really easily cloggedThe washer and dryer both broke on separate occasionsthe bath tub faucet would leak, but maintenance staff told us “thats just how it is”Regarding the dogs: Although you pay a one time fee and a monthly fee for your dog, it is not a dog friendly building at all. There’s no garbage cans anywhere around the building, and the dog trash cans/bags are set up on the other side of the back side parking lot so you have to walk through the back lot to get to a trash canThey don’t want you to walk your dogs in front of the building, where the nice fountain and grass area is, and insist that you walk them in the back, where the parking lot isNo dogs in the lobby? so if you park in the front, you have to walk around the entire building if your dog is coming with you somewhereAlso, concierge would always call me to tell me to come home whenever I was out and my dog was barking. There isn’t anything I can do if he’s barking when i’m not home and it would be stressful to have to leave work or other situations early to come home because I was getting complaints.I’ve lived in two different apartment complexes since then, and both have had no issues with my dog’s noise. You shouldn’t advertise the building as allowing dogs if you don’t allow dog noise.

We're very happy here at Valley Forge Towers North. The maintenance, management, concierge and cleaners are great.

Just moved here and I like it so far. EXCEPT. The cleaning that was done prior to me moving here was BARE MINIMUM. Apt was not detail cleaned at all. I had to do A LOT of cleaning. Also, MAJOR ISSUE with the fact that for some odd reason they put the internet connection in the CLOSET, and the closet has NO OUTLET ANYWHERE IN SITE. Who’s smart idea was that?? So we are supposed to have a bunch of cords running across our living area bc they weren’t smart? Makes no sense. If you’re gonna put the internet connection in a closet, at least provide residents with an OUTLET so they can actually power on the internet modem! Pay too much to live here for silly things like this to be wrong.Did I mention maintenance are JERKS as well?Update: I absolutely LOVE it here! And p.s. maintenance are not jerks. Lol . Also; needless to say I still walk over and occasionally (trip) over the extension cord walking in the front door but I’ve learned to live with it.

My wife and I have lived in two apartments at Valley Forge Towers North over the past five years. (We moved to a bigger apartment three years ago.)We wanted to give up home ownership. We were apprehensive about apartment living at first, believing it would be insufficiently private. The concrete and steel construction lends itself to being quiet within each apartment. We discovered an open and hospitable group of neighbors to be friendly with, play games with. The population is remarkably diverse and includes residents of all ages and backgrounds. Management on the first floor is open, accessible and friendly. Facilities personnel are courteous and prompt. Since living here we've had a dryer and hot water heater quickly replaced. Any plumbing needs or repairs are quickly addressed. The first floor has fine shops including hairdressers and Savor, a wonderful convenience store/sandwich shop. Aroma is a wonderful Mediterranean restaurant. There is a neat ground-level playroom and a comfortable 12-seat theater for watching sporting events or movies with a small group. We made a great decision to live here.

The North tower is a great apartment community. Responsive maintenance, really helpful office staff. Clean, new and wonderful place. Love the fitness center, park/trails from the back parking lot, and more. Really great to have a dry cleaners, cafe, barber shop/salons, dentist and so much more in the same building.
