Worked with Will today to upgrade an older phone to a new one. Cannot say enough good things. He was extremely knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and ultimately helped me upgrade while finding ways to save money on the monthly bill. 10/10 would recommend.

Five star customer service.It is rare to find anywhere that you can honestly say the customer service you received was worthy of five stars but I do say this about my experience in the Verizon, Village Drive, K.O.P store.My dealings were with Elias and straight away he made me feel that he listened and fully understood my questions and concerns. He was incredibly knowledgeable about Verizon products and services and communicated this knowledge very well, which is extremely helpful when selecting new phones and services.My requirements were probably more complex than the average customer due to Google Fi dropping the ball during the line transfer. Elias took the time to call Verizon corporate and confirmed everything had completed and my discounts had been applied. He verified my bill and what my new monthly bill would be.One recommendation I have is the seating stools be changed to ones with backs. They are extremely uncomfortable for customers to spend time sitting.

Had a ruff start this morning lost my phoneEntered Verizon and received the best customer service ever. Elias was well versed and abreast on all the technical and physical aspects of my old phone and ushered me into a new phone with a seamless transition. We need more like him. A shining example of what customer service should look like!
