“I visited the Breitling Boutique last week to check out the inventory. I’ve never owned a watch and have little knowledge about them. I was quickly greeted by Maurice, who welcomed me in and took a lot of time showing me different collections, and explaining the subtle differences between them. He did a great job of showing me watches in my budget, and making suggestions based on my preferences. He was never pushy or aggressive, and very patient. Though I am still contemplating if a new watch is something I want right now, I know Maurice will be a great resource and help me with my decision.”

“Excellent customer service from Nate. He was friendly, thanked me for stopping by and for the nice chat. Who says that anymore? I felt appreciated as a customer, I recently waited in line for the limited drop Mission to Earthphase swatch and Nate patiently helped each customer check and try on the watch to check the band size. He assisted me over the phone to answer some questions that I had about the functionality of the watch. A size small band for my watch is expected to be back in stock at the store and I'm looking forward to it arriving soon.”
