Many find the staff to be kind, friendly, and very helpful, interacting with each other positively and working hard even when the store is understaffed. The general ambience is great. However, some food items, like a cheesesteak, can be disappointing, arriving cold with unmelted cheese. The store is an old legacy location without a public bathroom and has a small parking lot. Despite this, experiences are often positive, with decent gas station pizza late at night and friendly staff who are happy to explain how to order. Overall, it is a recommended stop for built-to-order food and handcrafted beverages.
They allow panhandling at the front entrance, so be prepared to be accosted as you enter and leave. The parking lot is unreal, not sure that its code compliant

I’ve been here quite a few times and have had pleasant experiences all the times that I’ve been here. Would definitely come back again in the future, store was very clean and the people were very nice also.
