Poor customer service and giving out false information. Long story short: My husband just went there with the intention to put money into CD (around 11 am on 10/07/2023). Upon arrival, my husband waited in the lobby for a long time before a male banker finally came out from his empty office, informing him that they are all busy, and that my husband could open CD account online at home. Then his guy went back into his empty office with no customer in the horizon. The banker’s attitude was cold and unfriendly, making my husband instantly questioning how accurate the info is.My husband came home, called Wells Fargo, and was told the special CD rate is only available in the bank, not online. So the unfriendly banker indeed gave out false information. We could provide extra identifier about the banker if necessary. As loyal customers of Wells Fargo, we are extremely disappointed.

Expect zero service, not even bad service just none at all. Went in to change my name, a banker introduced me to her colleague Keyong and we said hello. He said everyone was busy but they took down my info and asked me to kill some time nearby and said he could help me in 25-30 minutes. I waited 3 hours, Keyong never called and then the bank closed. I tried calling twice during those 3 hours because I wanted to know if I should just go home, or if he was still going to help me, spoiler alert no one ever answered the phone! There were 3 bankers there that day. I find it hard to believe that they were soooo busy, there was no one else in the bank when I was there. I took the day off work to update my name at various locations. If he was too busy he could have just asked me to make an appointment for another day or had the decency to call and let me know. It's pretty ridiculous to not be able to walk into a bank and get help with something so simple. Phillip at the Haverford branch was wonderful, he helped me complete my name change in 2 minutes. Go there instead, I'll never return to this branch.

Omg this is thee worst Wells Fargo branch I've been to in my 20 years of banking with Wells Fargo. Just trying to cash a check and this place is all full of rude employees who don't know how to do their jobs. Unbelievably terrible bank.

3/17/22 I went there today with my toddler son and I put him in a stroller before entering and a gentleman that works there opened both doors for me and very nice and directed me where I needed to go after asking a question about my banking needs. Walked up to counter and was greeted and did everything I needed and was in and out within 5 min. When leaving gentlemen opened doors for me again and wished me a nice day . Customer service was great !

Went to the bank today November 15, 2021 to transfer all account that my mother had at Wells Fargo in this past June. Sat with a representative for well over an hour and produce everything they needed including a death certificate. We thought all the account were transferred over then to receive a statement in September that they were closing an account in my mothers name due to inactivity. I called three time, left messages and emailed three times about the issue, I never received a call back. My dad actually went to the branch on Henderson Road in King of Prussia, Pa and was told that he could not closed the remaining account unless he had a paid funeral bill or a court order. The bank said they already had a copy of the death certificate but that was not good enough. I thought that was odd since everyone else (including other bank, federal government and county) excepted this but Wells Fargo would not. They then told him that the funds in that account would be turned over to the state.

Employees like to make snide comments when they're unable or refuse to help you, female manager apparently doesn't see the issue with her clerks I recommend a different location have had more than one issue here.

Wells Fargo is becoming more inconvenient anything, I got a new debit card a week and a half ago and literally every purchase I have made sunsun Wells Fargo has flagged as unusual. Bill's I had on automatic withdrawal got flagged in postponed now I have to pay late fees. Thank-you Wells Fargo for costing me more money...

The worst experience I have ever had ! The managers are so unprofessional and rude ! I have never experienced such unprofessionalism. I recommend never coming to this establishment ! EVER !
