Poor service. Computer service answering makes it difficult to reach a human to answer questions. We were told new system would be activated in 24 to 72 hours and after past still not working. Now told will be another 24 to 72 hours

Calongi was so helpful and nice. He genuinely tried to help me (xfinity people on 3 seperate calls, lied to me about taking my 2nd line off and sending me money back. After 2 months of no service it went from 90 dollars to 400) He was patient, easy going and kind. Give that man a raise ❤️

Xfinity changed my mother's email password and there was no easy way to reset it. Joel at the King of Prussia store was very helpful and found a way to do the reset.

Have been a Comcast Cable customer for decades! Recently went to return cable equipment and was lured to take advantage of 2 free cellphones to switch from current cellphone carrier which was not Xfinity. Although we were hesitant both husband and I said yes to new phones with a slight reduction to cable bill.Customer service at the KOP center today was nil even though the store was not crowded.I went in to get a screen protector as my new screen protector for my new phone was damaged. The CSR was less than helpful!! Again,no inventory for screen protectors or cases was available. When I asked for advice the response was ...oh well..SOL!That is totally unacceptable!!!! I immediately went to the competitor, where I should have stayed in the first place and in less than 5 minutes I walked away with a new screen protector installed by a service minded CSR!! How I wish we had stayed with them. I totally regret changing. Thank you KOP Service Center for reminding me of what I gave up to become an Xfinity mobile customer. I so regret that decision!

Eric and Kyla were absolutely amazing to work with. Eric was so energetic and happy to help us get new phones while saving us the most money. They both stayed late as we had issues transferring a phone line from another provider. Eric and Kyla went above and beyond for us with extreme patience and professionalism.

Don't do it. If you have issues, customer service doesn't know whats going on. Folks in store can't help either. Can make half a dozen calls and each time have to explain the story all over again. Can put in a trouble ticket that gets resolved but no one tells you the answer.

Horrible experience- long wait, person couldn’t even figure out how to print my bill. I’ve been a customer for 20 years and wanted to look at options to reduce my cost, even considering bundling, upgrading, etc. The person told me the good deals go to new customers so changing to Fios is a good option & then sign back up - no thanks, if you don’t value my business, I will take it somewhere else!

Need a better system for returns. Would really be a good idea to train the receptionist / front desk attend how to process returns & not have people waiting 30-40 minutes to return 1 box. Just not efficient to have 3 reps working on sales & then a front desk attend greet someone & just sit up front on their phone while someone waits to return one device.

I went to close my account because I face a lot of signal issues with Xfinity mobile. But the service person who attended me did not take the necessary steps and my device is still locked. He should have unlocked my device before closing the account or right after I made the payment. He was in such a hurry and he did things in a flash as if he is very fast. But his actions are causing problems for me as I could not use my device till now after paying the device amount in full. I was told it will take 48 hours since it was not unlocked before closing the account.

Do not use Xfinity mobile at all. They are scammers! I have two phones paid off through Xfinity mobile. They are refusing to unlock my devices, preventing me from taking them to other carriers. Trying to force me to continue to use their service! It’s disgusting the way big corporations abuse power! Take your money anywhere else!!!!!!

Need a much better process for returning old equipment. There’s just no way in the year 2023 someone should have to sit for 45 mins to return an old cable box. The people are nice. The store is nice. The process is a disaster. They use this as an opportunity to engage with the customer to sell other services. It’s a disgrace. Old equipment should be drop, scan and go.
