I absolutely can’t stand this pharmacy. I use it because it’s closer to my house. When you call and need to speak to an actual human it’s impossible to get through to someone. Every time I call the pharmacy I have to go through a million prompts to get no answers. Never in life have I had to call a pharmacy and leave a voicemail in order to speak to a human. I think my family will go back to Walmart and I’ll sacrifice the 10 minute drive. They don’t believe in answering phones at this location.

Long lines at pharmacy and drive thru. Why is there only one register for pick up and I counted 8 people behind the desk. Is CVS that short staffed???

The worst pharmacy I have ever dealt with! They don't even deserve 1 star! I moved to another pharmacy and asked them to cancel my account and they still continue to fill prescriptions I don't even need!! Called again and they had the audacity to hang up on me!! Worst customer service! Not to mention how long you have to wait there. They need to just shut the pharmacy down and and their so-called pharmacists should all be retrained not only on how to do their job but also on customer service etiquette!!!

With the amount of poor reviews this place receives it doesn’t surprise me that I had the experience I had! All I would say is get rid of the whole pharmacy department from Christine, Quinn, Sarah and Hannah. They are ego driven and lack compassion, empathy and the understanding of providing a service to the community. Went across the street to Walgreens and was treated 100x better will not be returning to this store for business and recommending anyone who wants to be treated like a person to go there to!
Sad because the rest of the CVS and workers are amazing and the pharmacy employees don’t match their work ethic!
