I had no horrible issues at this location I had to wait for the employee that handles the FedEx drop off to come up front and getting in and out of the parking lot is not the easiest outside of that it went well

Very easy and quick . Took a couple minutes to send a item out .

This was only a drop box. You must have your package ready to be mailed. I didn’t needed a label printed and felt like they were not helpful. All that was said was I could only use drop box if package was ready
