Absolutely horrible communication and customer service. Had an appointment for a tire change at 11am. Got told it would be ready at 5pm. Come at 5pm still not ready (they havent even started it) and told it will be about an hour. Asked for a phone call for when it would be done. 6:45pm came around and no call yet but they close at 7pm so we go to the shop. Car was never moved, no communication! If we didn’t show up at 6:45 thinking it was done they would have just closed up and went home. We ended up just taking the car and leaving. How does an 11am appointment never get done?! Wasted a whole day!

The service advisor, Chris did a great job explaining to me in detail the condition of the wear items on my vehicle, including giving me a heads up on how much life I probably had left in my tires and brakes. This helps me budget for the future and plan for my vehicle maintenance. Everyone hates getting surprised with necessary brake jobs. It is very nice to have a guesstimate as to how much longer these things will last, along with an written estimate of how much it will probably cost. I also love how Chris always tells me about the big upcoming sales they are having so that I can take advantage of them in case I wanted to do some of that maintenance a few months early but save $100 or $200 when they are having a big event going on.

I not only worked at Sears Tire and Battery full service auto center while I was in college. So I have a good understanding of the operations of these shops. I was impressed with the way the staff handled my service visit both with the honesty about what my car needed and how long it was taking.

David was really helpful with picking new tires for the truck- he listened to what we wanted and pointed us in the right direction. Him and Chris were able to get us in the very next day even though they were short on staff at the time. Very happy with the service every time I come here

I have been going here for 20 years and I have always been happy with the service. If there was ever an issue they corrected it quickly without any hassle. I would definitely recommend this place.

The staff and technicians are knowledgeable and experienced. They always explain what needs to be done to keep your car performing at a high level. In addition, they inform you of current and future discounts regarding parts and services. I always feel confident when I drive away after work is completed because I know the work was done correctly!

I went to the Kingston, PA location for brakes and rotors and to check a brake fluid leak on the back calipers, I was told my brakes and rotors are fine and still have life to them, they called me and told me the problem was the back shocks were leaking “hydraulic fluid “ and my front struts were bad and needed to be replaced. I went and said okay because I figured I could trust them. Not even a day after I spent $1000 on back shocks and a new battery I noticed the back caliper leaking and my brake fluid light coming on and off. I took it to a different shop and they showed me that my rear driver side caliper brake hose was busted and needed immediate replacement to safely operate the vehicle and that the rear passenger caliper was seized, and needed new rotors and pads all the way around. The shop also said my struts and sway bar links are in perfect shape and that I needed motor mounts replaced to stop vibration. I had the work done and it drives like a brand new car. Moral of the story, always get a second opinion because the mistake they made by not fully inspecting my brakes could have been life or death.

I took my Mazda CX 5 there for warranty work. The appointment for diagnostic was set for 9:30 am. I arrived about 15 minutes early. The service manager already had all the information about my issues with the car. He explained that the insurance company would take longer than what they have said. He explains why and tells me 3 hours to diagnose the vehicle and get approval from the insurance before they could do the work. 2 hours later he explained what was wrong and what the insurance would pay. He had the new parts on without a penny out of pocket for me. The work was completely done within the 3 hours. The car is 100 percent so far. I would have given 5 stars however it hasn't had much mileage put on since the repairs. As of now I highly recommend this place. He gave me suggestions on what he saw to be a future problem and suggestions on what to replace. No extra charges or pushing me for more work. Professional service and polite pleasent to deal with

I was at the store tuesday 4/23/2024 for one replaced Bridgestone tire. The salesperson,Dave, to come back the next day, 4/24/2024 at 11am and it will be here. I arrived at12:45 figuring it would be here. I'm still here at 3:15 it's still not here . Dave the same salesperson from the day before is here today . He told me at 12:45 that it was on its way from Avoca,Pa and this Store is in Kingston,Pa. It only take 20 minutes to get here from Avoca. One thing I hate most is when someone lies to me. Very unprofessional for a company.
