I could not echo Barbara's review more. I have never experienced such horrific customer service from a small business. The owner's attitude is particularly shocking, defensive and accusatory. Heaven help you if there are any issues with your purchase as you will be met with little assistance and an incredibly rude attitude. Unfortunately, you won't be able to ask for managerial assistance because the poor service starts at the top. You'd be better off asking for an intern's help. Their inventory is by no means unique in the marketplace. There are plenty of other options for luxury, retail gift shopping and I would highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere. Support a business that values their customers and customer service. The ONLY thing that sets a small shop apart from Amazon is high touch CS, and if you don't have that, it's a problem.
