This company also owns CarLotta Credit who sold me a car that broke down after 2 weeks and the manage John told me I must have done something to the vehicle as it was fine during the test drive. Even though I called and made a service appointment within 24 hours of purchasing the vehicle. Im posting here because if runs one business that way I can only assume he runs all of his businesses shady!
They blocked me on social media for leaving honest reviews of my experience. A car should last longer than 2 weeks period! An honest business doesnt need to hide negative reviews. Run from doing business with this business owner!

Just got my car back after sending for a minor dent and scratch . Service was fantastic from start to finish . They keep me updated on everything and explained how they would work with my insurance company . If I ever need a car repair again I will turn to Pompey collision. The wash and detail job were a great finishing touch . The repairs were well done . Couldn’t even tell I had a dent and scratch.

I could not be happier with my entire interaction with Pompey! They worked directly with my insurance company and all I had to do was drop off and pick up. Steve was great to work with! He explained the entire process when we first spoke, I received the quote the day i dropped off and my car was done the day they anticipated. To my very pleasant surprise, my car was detailed inside and out when I picked it up! The entire process could not have been easier and my car looks like new. Excellent work!

Meh. Fixed the car after an accident, front bumper and grill used OEM parts at least OEM. Picked up when called and was surprised the car wasn't washed or cleaned. The car was completely cleaned out before insurance towed it their.

I brought my car here to have a new front bumper installed. They put it on completely wrong it doesn’t look correct whatsoever. I bought 2 or 3 of this type of bumper and had them put on at another shop. It was always done perfectly until I brought my car here. They blamed “missing parts from manufacturer” and gave me no further help. I’ve never had missing parts before from the company I bought the bumper from. They basically just did whatever they could to put it on so some pieces of my car & the bumper are bent, cracked, or broken. Scum!!!!!! Take your car to an actual auto body shopService: Body & Trim

Unfortunately on the highway a mystery piece smashed into my car causing damage to the fan system and paint. I obviously needed it fixed and decided to check out Pompey based on recommendations from several people. They were booking out 2 weeks but were able to accommodate me since I was moving South in a week. I cannot recommend Chris and Pompey Collision enough! My car literally looks brand new and I could not be happier! Seriously, if you need body work done on your car go to Pompey!It was also super easy to work with them and our insurance. Once a claim was filed, I came back same day for pictures to be submitted to insurance and got a call next day with an estimate.Service: Painting
