Today was my first appt with Sydney and it was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G! She listened to the concerns about my hair. She asked thoughtful questions about what products I use & how I dry my hair. In.40 years, only 3 other people have cut my hair and Sydney was the absolute B-E-S-T! I left with a perky summer haircut! Natural curls restored! The salon was welcoming & relaxing. I was impressed with her kindness, (Gavin, too) excellent cutting & styling skills. I'm thrilled & already scheduled my October appointment. Thanks again for everything, Sydney!!

I really wanted to have a good experience here, but unfortunately, we left pretty disappointed. I brought my son in for a basic haircut and even showed a reference photo to make things clear. The stylist was polite, but the result was really not what we expected.
The cut looks uneven, and the blending is poorly done — especially around the sides and back. It honestly looks like it was done by someone without proper haircutting skills.
I made a video afterward because I was so surprised by how far off it was from what we asked for. Sadly, there’s no easy way to fix it now, and we paid $30 for something that really missed the mark.
Not trying to be rude, but I hope this feedback encourages more attention to detail in the future.

I was looking for a reasonable salon closer to home & tried Theory. Happy with the curly cut I recently received & I appreciate how the stylist listened when I said no diffuser on my natural curls. He has very warm and friendly personality and knows how to cut curly hair. He mentioned that if anything was wrong when it air dried, that I could come back in and he would fix it. I didn’t need to do that, but I applaud him for offering to do that.

Theory Salon is wonderful!! I was there from out of town and they fit me in making me feel like a regular! ? Truly amazing customer service! There are no words for the magic Genesis performed! If you are fortunate enough to sit in her chair, trust her!! I left with the most fabulous color, highlights and trim I have ever had (and I used to be a regular at a very high-end salon in Chicago - they were good, but not Genesis good!!). I'm trying to figure out a way to justify traveling from Maine to Pennsylvania for future appointments!! 10+ and a million ⭐!!

100% recommend. Not only was Lana a great stylist, but the environment of the salon itself is very relaxing. The music was very laid-back and the staff were all very welcoming, accommodating, and understanding. It's easy to tell that they really value their customers. Will definitely be returning next time I need something done with my hair.

Ok now the owner is accusing me of emotional reviews………of all the amazing reviews I’ve written there are two negative reviews one of a vet ……which if you look for yourself I’m definitely not the first to do so. This vet almost killed my dog and I’m being emotional! The second is Theory Salon. This is just a obvious attempt to blame the victim! You have ruined my hair it’s falling out! Sorry not falling out but breaking off at the roots! Also yes I wrote this review weeks after your salon destroyed my hair…….first I was in Denver where my son was getting married. I’m so sorry I didn’t post a review a day later when my hair first began breaking off in clumps. Oh sorry is that too emotional! Also I’m not the first person this has happen to at your salon according to other reviews! I have absolutely nothing to gain or lose by writing this review except for maybe saving someone else the devastation of their hair being completely destroyed. It’s simple do yourself a world of good….go anywhere but here! Update update beware!!!!! Read entire review!!!!! I’ve been getting highlights and lowlights since I could remember. Today for the first time I saw Greg at Theory Salon. I was expecting my usual results……..well I couldn’t be more wrong. My hair looks absolutely amazing! It’s super soft and as for the color…..I got three separate compliments walking through the grocery store. He took his time making sure it would turn out perfect! I just turned 50 a very young 50 the day before and this couldn’t have been a better gift. Greg you have a client for life. Thank you! Update!!!!!!!!! Go anywhere else he couldn’t get the strawberry blonde hair I wanted and always had…….I was there the second time for 3 hours he processed my hair 3 times. When I left the color was beautiful but my hair has been falling out ever since. I’m calling my attorney to handle this. I’ve had beautiful long hair my entire life an now it’s falling out!!!!!! Both stylists even commented on have healthy and long my hair WAS! Beware beware!!!!!! I can’t believe these people have done so much damage to me!!!!!!

Lana is great!!! Love her! Super nice and did an amazing job on my hair, it's been years since I decided to go back to a salon having terrible experiences other places. The price is completely reasonable and I didn't feel that I got ripped off after leaving like some places around here!

Had an amazing experience at Theory with Liz. Will be returning forever to see her! She was wonderful and gave me what I wanted. I’ve had bad experiences in the past and she put me at such ease.
