Recently I needed an X-ray and a Doppler. Amy took my information at the Registration Desk and Mariellen took my information in the Radiology Department. Both were very kind and efficient . Maggie did my X-ray and Tristen did my Doppler. Both women made me feel very relaxed and were both thoughtful & efficient. Based on my experience , I highly recommend this facility.

I had to get xrays taken due to a fall. One for a shoulder and one of my foot. 18 hours later I still did not get results so I called only to be told they weren't read yet. An hour later I get results for my shoulder but none for my foot. Still waiting 24 hours later and I am heading to an orthopedic appointment. So unacceptable. I will never use them again.

Lisa at booth 10 was fantastic, she had all the friendliness n professional demeanor and kindness we ever experienced. She was so efficient and breezed through the numerous tasks n cant say enough.The rest of the staff we encountered were also very friendly. Made this hectic time alot easirr.. We really appreciated this. Great job!

Had a really great experience with Jeff the phlebotomist with my 1 year old getting blood work today. Everyone in the lab was nice. I just wish they called him to come do it first when I warned them my 1 year old was very difficult instead of him having to get poked twice by the lady who couldn’t get it. She was extremely sweet too tho!

Not really thrilled about this place. For never being there the place is not properly labeled and vastly spread out. Anyone with breathing issues or mobility issues would have issues getting around because you can only check in at one area and sometimes need to walk or go to the opposite side of the building. There is only one entrance and no one to assist you in transport. I had my son there for an US and the tech spent all of 1 minute with him and we had to go elsewhere for another one because the results where not sufficient. My mother in law who has breathing problems had trouble going there, there because the layout. So if you want good results or have mobility issues go elsewhere. Also their parking lot is not properly labeled and at least 4 cars came down the one way so it's an accident waiting to happen. It is clean though.

I was at the Thomas Saxton building for my annual mammogram on Nov. 1, 2022. This is the second time I have been there and the person who did my mammogram was so rough. She did not speak to me and she hurt me so bad I was almost crying by the time she was finished. I think someone should talk to her because I felt she didn’t want to be there doing this job and taking it out on the patients.

Arrived on a Saturday for simple bloodwork. The wait JUST to register was over 45 minutes, then you need to go to the lab and wait there to be called back. The registration process at this facility, which I have used for years, has made this location less desirable.

Went in on a Saturday for a test. Registration was done quickly. Test was done equally as quick. Everyone was kind and polite. Would recommend.

I have had very good experiences at the Saxton. My husband and I usually deal with Cheryl Robbins and she always goes above and beyond to make sure we're taking care of. Not to mention its always in a timely and efficient manner. She known her job WELL. It's the only place we like to go because it's most comfortable.
