Requested information on pricing for a friends destination wedding, it took several days for a response. When I finally got one, I found the prices to be high and requested information on more affordable options, was told that she would look into it and pass them along - I never heard back. As a potential customer I was turned off by this experience, I would not want to spend money with this company after this interaction.
