It's tax Day. They only scheduled one clerk. At least that's all I saw while I was in line for 20 minutes. Thank goodness that clerk was Jim.
Jim is professional, friendly, and gets the job done. He knows what he's doing. Other people may have gotten flustered on such a busy day. But not Jim. He served every customer with consistent knowledge and friendliness.
I think my 20 minute wait could have been longer if not for Jim. Thanks for your hard work, Jim!

Kingston post office sucks!!!! I have lived in Forty Fort for almost 7 years now & have been getting mail for Kingston all the time I've lived here. I was accosted by a mailman when I tried to explain this is Forty Fort. Had to call police. Mailman was trying to get in my front door. Post office doesn't care & has done ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO RESOLVE THIS ONGOING ISSUE.

If I could do 0 stars, I would. I'm here since 9, the official opening time. Still waiting at 9:48 for them to open. So many people have come and left after waiting 20-30 minutes. So unprofessional! You shouldn't say you're open 9-1. It's a lie!

I’ve been here several times and have always been taken care of by Jim. Jim should teach customer service, he’s always very pleasant and helpful. It makes a drudge task

Post office hours start at 8:30am. They were not open at 8:40, no one answered the door, phone or doorbell that is next to the door.

Never open during stated hours. FOUR times I've gone after 9am (supposed to open at 830am) and the door is locked with no sign. I've given up even trying to use this location even though it's my favorite and not the closest to me.

10/15/2022 Open hours stated 8:30am. Waited until 10:00am, nobody showed up. Went to a different post office outside of the Wilkes-Barre jurisdiction. Since this post office isn't serving anyone it might as well be closed permanently.

I am so angry with the post men in my area. Not polite. Instead of walking on my porch to place the mail in box they walk on my grass. Almost broke my hummingbird light I have other. When approached him yesterday about it. He said its only grass lady chill out. Well it's my grass and I don't want anyone walking on it. I have 2 steps to walk on my porch and you are right at my mail box. They really need to stop being so inconsiderate of other people property.
