“I had a great experience at Koch 33 Volkswagen Mazda in Easton, PA. My salesperson, Jonathan Cofre, was outstanding, very transparent, honest, communicative, and hardworking. He was patient and friendly with me and my family as we explored the 2024 VW Atlas SEL Peak Edition. We drove up twice after work, over an hour each way, and every time the car was freshly washed and ready for a test drive.
When I had concerns, Jonathan immediately addressed them with his manager and the body shop, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. His managers, Ted and Rich, as well as John in Finance, were also excellent to work with, pleasant, professional, and honest when it came to the deal and paperwork.
Jonathan even stayed very late after the deal, close to 10 p.m., to make sure we transferred everything out of our old car and left safely. The dealership itself was clean, welcoming, and family-friendly with a play area for kids. Overall, I felt very well taken care of.

“Huffs truly operates with integrity as its primary characteristic. I have been brought my BMW 335i in expecting to need significant work 3 times in the last two years. The auto status reported the need for breaks which was not the case and they were quick deliver the good news; a front end issue which they felt I would be better served at the dealer, are examples of serious maintenance issues. I could continue but the true story here is the restoration of trust in a business fraught with suspicion. Peace of mind has no price tag.”

“Where do I start. Christine in service was just perfect. We were traveling from RI to Florida and had a breakdown that was a great challenge for us. After trying multiple other Fiat dealerships who were not accommodating, we reached out to brown and Daub and were greeted with a clear and defined plan. Christine explained they were busy and would do her best to get us in so we can continue our journey. We stayed at a hotel for one night and really didn't want to extend. The team at Brown and daub got us on our way in 24 hours, luckily it was an easy fix. Thank you to the entire service team. Highly recommend them. As always patience wins.”

“What a day today was. Yesterday my alternator died and all local mechanics are booked until end of July. I figured it's time for a little DIY. I drove to this location with a 11.5v on battery/dash and ultimately without a working alternator, I lost power at the light right before NAPA. Lost my power steering but made it in there. The staff was so friendly and ensured I got everything I needed to replace my alternator, they also lent me tools to remove my current battery and charge it in their facility. About 45 minutes later (stopped at the deli next door), I was out of there. 3 hours after that (hush, it was my first time!), we have a working alternator!!

They will kindly still ask how they can help. They move pretty fast. I came in to buy car oil for my Mazda and had to return the two sensors for my SUV, which my mechanic refused to use. And though it was just these two young men here. 07/21/23 They were super polite and provided great customer service. Thank you both. Especially Arik. For helping with the refund.”
