“I recently discovered this cool little homestead and bought two rabbits from them. The rabbits are in absolute perfect condition and are super friendly. The owners were welcoming and ready for exchange when I got there. Highly recommend and they’re local which is a huge plus. A+++.”
“I was traveling back from Hershey to New Jersey and wanted to take a more scenic route. While mapping it out, I decided I wanted to check out a local farm stand as I was specifically looking for apples and a few autumn decorations to bring home with me. I read through a lot of Google reviews and compared places I’d be within the vicinity of on my trip and settled with Penn Vermont Fruit Farm. The drive was pretty beautiful and brought me through some really nice neighborhoods and some beautiful farmland. It’s pretty clear that they focus on pretty specific produce and the variety was limited. However, I did get the few items I was hoping for (apples and some small decorative pumpkins). The prices were reasonable. I’d recommend using a bathroom before you arrive. Though I was grateful to have a bathroom after my drive, I felt like it was situated in an abandoned horror movie film set - the downstairs part of a barn. There isn’t a door once you get inside, so I was hoping no one would be coming through the main door that I think I locked. It worked out fine and this was a cute little family farm. And I much prefer to support folks like these than a chain store.”
“This little market has been in my area forever and I just discovered it after living here for 2 years. It is terrific! The fruit is so fresh when you bite into it it squirts its juices. In comparison, the grocery store fruit tastes flat and dry. I will never buy any produce at the grocery store that I can get it that's old ever again.And, the prices are amazing‼️❤️I want to say thank you for working so hard and not closing down, like many of the other markets did, during the COVID epidemic.”
