I don't remember the names of the 2 young men that helped me with replacing my phone after a deadly overnight house fire that claimed the lives of my daughter and her friend and everything we owned. They were very, very patient with me as I could hardly keep myself together enough to articulate what I needed. They were very knowledgeable and and kind. One of them even went as far a buying a case for my new phone and put it on. A week or 2 later I got a phone call from the one employee called me while we were working on clean-up of the rubble and told me that he spoke with his manager and they took care of my bill for the next month so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I can't say thank you enough because we had no life or homeowners policies in place. I hope that kindness stays in your hearts forever. That is the same kindness Emily had in her heart at a mere 12 and a half years. She loved helping others when and where she could.”
