“Brad and his crew in Kittaning are a Corporate (TMobile) store. They will help with issues that a privately owned store can't. When mistakes happen they can produce creative solutions and issue bill credits to ease the frustration while corrections are made. Word to the wise... Be sure a device trade-in is required. Our sales person was wrong and our old devices didn't need to be returned to Tmo. We lost 4 perfectly working Samsung devices to this. Once the old devices are sent - T-Mobile can't return them. Kinda unbelievable isn't it?”
