I don't know the tech's name, she never introduced herself. She wasn't very friendly or talkative. She rushed through the full set and polish. Did not push back cuticles or anything of the sort, just immediately started on the set. The nails came out fine, nothing to rave about, but can't complain either. This was my first visit but due to feeling rushed and not very welcome, I probably won't return. 75 for a full set and polish.

LOVE nail day @nails99!! Staff is extremely friendly and very open to clients opinions. I’ve been going here for about 4 years consistently now and never leave disappointed! Beautiful work done by all!!

I went here just to get my acrylic nails removed and gel polish on my toes removed. They completely overcharged me and said my total was $92. What I went in for plus the service given was NOT worth that much. They completely butchered my nails. They roughly scraped my acrylics off and didn't file or buff my nails afterward. I left there with my nails chipped, uneven, and bleeding. If I could give zero stars I would.

The process of getting the nails done at this place is very painful, they should provide anesthesia like at the dentist office, no joke.. also they give you a price and at the end the price is way higher than what they’ve told you initially, all because they add other services you never asked for, like creams, massages, salts, oils, tomatoes, onions and so on.

Never again! I went a week ago to have a gel dip done and the lady cut into my nail bed more times than ever which caused them to bleed and be extremely sore. She was more interested in talking to her co-workers than focusing on the tool she was using. It’s been a week and my nails are already cracking. This is the second time this happened. I thought the first time was a fluke. Nope!

I’ve never bled so much from getting my nails done in my life. Never going back. I came in the get my acrylics off & then a gel manicure. The lady who did my nails was extremely rough & tore into my nail bed while trying to get the acrylic off. Made me bleed more from chopping away at my cuticles & then never bothered to check if all my nails were evenly filed. Thank goodness there is a Big Lots near by for antibiotic ointment & band-aids.

This was my first time at Nails 99 and it was such a lovely experience! I rarely take the time to get my nails done and my nail tech made it absolutely worth it. I brought in a reference photo for my inspiration and he did such a perfect job - I got the holiday inspired nails I wanted Highly recommend and I will be back!

Web page states they close at 8pm on Thursday. So does the sign on the door. I went in at 643pm to get a pedicure. Sent me to the back. Ran water for my feet. Began to very hurriedly remove my gel, scrub my feet, clip my nails, put some lotion on, painted my nails in under 20 minutes!!! I asked....."what time do you close?" She said 7pm. WHAT?! Proceeded to register where she rang up $57. Excuse me...not happening. Started yelling in Vietnamese and proceeded to tell me that I can in at 645pm. I'm aware! Door says 8.....website says 8. I said, I will Pay $10 for the get and a reasonable amount for your services. She then said $32. Much better but still wrong. My feet look just as bad as they did except for my now red toes. Very unhappy.
