Never have prescriptions ready in a timely manner. Have come hours after appointments several times to pick up my antibiotics or my childrens scripts or my grandmas and they tell me to come back in a half hour as if it’s a hop and a skip away. Today the woman told me to come back in a half hour and when I drove the whole way back to get my antibiotics for a severe sinus infection the pharmacy was currently closed for an hour for lunch. Switching pharmacies because tbh this place is a joke and the people who work there are some of the most inconsiderate and ignorant, rude people I’ve had to deal with. No consideration for anyone

When I called to ask the pharmacy about a medication, they hung up on me! Very rude and unprofessional.

Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to Walmart for anything you may need. 18 dollars for a small bottle of itch lotion is extortion and twice what Walmart is for the off brand. You wonder why these stores are closing and can’t compete against Walmart? Way higher prices for the same thing.

I've been getting my prescriptions here since I was a kid. No issues. As an adult I've had maybe two visits where it didn't go as planned but both were due to my insurance. Not the pharmacy itself. Most of the time the staff is very helpful and nice.

Everytime I go to pick up my prescription, its never ready. I went up tonight to pick mine and my sons up and they didnt have my sons completely ready after almost 7 hours. The sign on the drive thru window said they close at 9. I go in and the lady that I had delt with was very rude. I will no longer be going to that one. I will be going to the one in Ford City.
