I ordered cheese sticks and a milkshake. My milkshake came out right away I had to wait another 10 min to get my cheese sticks and only got them after speaking up about other people who ordered after me got their order. The staff behind the food counter was very rude

Watched kid on nightshift dump a bunch of old rotten looking fries into my cup of fries from a previous order from who knows how long ago told manager and he just looked like a deer in headlights. Actually more upset about how shameless the kid was to do it in clear view of me over anything else.

It has been over 30 mins for 2 sliders and some fries. I could go sit down at a restaurant and order and be served faster than gas station food. 10/10 understand why wawas has more stores and is creeping in on sheetz territory. I used to be such an avid Sheets fan. I was a sheetz freak member for so long. It’s gone so downhill since I moved away and came back. The food is sub par. Such a disappointment.

They are the best gas station around for gas because you can get sheetz points and redeem them for free food. Not only that,their hotdogs are amazingly cheap

I love Sheetz. It's convenient. I like that it's open all night as I have insomnia and I'm up and about late. I've made many 2am trips for milk, coffee, lottery... The employees I seriously think all need retrained on the lottery... They basically are clueless is something unexpected happen. Like the kiosk took my money but tickets didn't print... I was told I had to call the lottery myself to get it resolved. Yeah. No. I worked lottery myself in the past. And the customer always gets their money back and we were the ones calling to figure out how to fix the problem... Customer service has gone down the toilet in the past few years. Not cool at all. What happened to " the customer is always right?"....

Update: 06/28/2023 I did, of course contact the next day. I asked for nothing so that no one thinks I want free sandwiches. It would be cool to be treated with respect and professionalism in Kittanning when I am spending money. I want to learn proper etiquette. It goes a long way. Your employees should be polite.This used to be my favorite Sheetz. Tonight, I needed a phone charger and needed help to know which one to choose. Tech is not my area of expertise. After asking for advise on which charger to buy I said, "I swear I'm not dumb just because I am a girl." The graying, pudgy, middle aged man with square glasses replied "You think the only reason we think you're dumb is because you're a girl?" That's an appropriate response for your cousin or childhood best friend, but that was unprofessional and hurt my feelings. I returned the charger I bought and will be boycotting this location and calling customer service on Monday.
