Buying a car has always been stressful to me, but Angela and the entire team at Troy Alan Buick made it happen, seamlessly and effortlessly. Angela worked very hard to meet our wants/needs. She was so professional yet personable. The entire dealership worked as a team and helped each other. Even Jim, who transferred everything from my car to the new one. Everything was in its place. Great place. I have never been treated nicer buying a car. THE BEST!

I had the 1st oil change & inspection on an Envision. To my surprise, I had to pay for the inspection! I haven't checked the paperwork I got (from when the car was purchased new with cash) but I expected the inspection to be free of charge!! It's a shame you don't cover that as well! I call that poor customer service!
I gave the 4 star rating only because you did the services you were supposed to. The car wash was nice but I would have been more satisfied if you had provided the inspection free of charge, as I expected.

Monica Morgan, my sales rep. was very kind and patient explaining all the new electronics to me as I didn't have a clue. She knew the answer to every question I had on the Envision. Very knowledgeable on what she is selling! She made the transaction a Happy Experience. "Thank You So Much Monica" I could not be happier!!!!
