Refused to drop of package claiming it’s to heavy and big even though they have a weight limit that’s not even close to the package weight. And they said that they will need a whole team to load the package up. It’s 42lbs… 42lbs requires a team.

Relieved a notification that a delivery failed this morning. The notification said my mailbox was full/too small for delivery. Odd as they drop off large packages all the time. Called in to customer service and was told very rudely that if I don't empty my mail box then they'll stop delivering my mail. So I get the nber for the local post office and they say package could not be delivered because it wouldn't fit in the delivery vehicle. It's a 12x12x18 inch package. Was told I either had to drive in to get it or wait up to a month for it to be delivered. Considering the Coronavirus is on full swing, it would be dangerous to go to a post office. The package is a device for an adult I work with who had autism to help him cope with being alone. Guess he'll just have to wait a month while they do their job.
Update:
Years later they still can't deliver a package. Packages continuously are late or marked as unable to be delivered just because the carrier refuses to lift over 20 pounds or forgets to deliver the package. When I call in I'm told I can come pick up all my mail to "help them out" because it's difficult to ensure everything is delivered. When they do deliver mail, half the time it's either out in the weather or damaged.
Now they just mark packages as "picked up by individual" then open the box. If it's valuable it's gone if not it may show up on your porch with a few pieces of tape to reseal it. Each year they get worse.

Never getting my package, stay in valid address. (FedEx, UPS never have a problem) mail always in the wrong box. Call and get told a different thing each time no one knows anything.

Street parking was full, so I tried to park on the side of the building. Big mistake. Even though there are marked spots and no signs designating who those spots were for, this is apparently not allowed. The guy came out and was extremely rude and condescending about it being “post office parking only”. I told him I was going to the post office and he just repeated himself while talking over me. I just left and went to FC.

Absolutely the nicest people work the counter.... never any issues....lots of new people that dont know the route well must cause some of the complaints... blame covid! Our neighborhood has no issues! I mail packages with confidence, all questions answered correctly. Love the old historical building... a shame they cant add a ramp for the handicapped.

Horrible place. Horrible employees. Horrible all round service. Imagine never getting your mail delivered to your mail box but instead delivered to your neighbors. They don't care when you complain because they are the only post office and you just have to deal with them. It's ridiculous and unlawful

One of the worst Post Offices around recently within the last 3-6 months. Just this past week they are delivering packages to wrong houses. This has been going on for the last few months. They set packages out by road and dont walk to persons door to drop off like every other carriers. Neighbors are constantly dropping off packages as USPS has delivered them to wrong house. Whoever delivered packages July 5th 2021, FIRE THEM TODAY as they have NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING. NONE. When going to the Post Office to ask questions some lady, with Glasses, is giving wrong information, this has recently happened within the past 6 months that we don`t bother asking anymore questions, as you can't tell if it is true or not, She has quoted wrong prices and everything BUT who ever is delivering packages to West Kittanning then FIRE the Person, as they have no clue what they are doing. July 5th being the last one but this has been happening for the last 3 months. Please get rid of this person or put them behind a desk but DO NOT let them deliver packages. Thank GOD we live with honest people where I live. I am sorry for the bad review as I NEVER do this but I have A LOT of packages coming and they are not getting here recently within the last 3 months. My house number is right in front, YOU CAN`T MISS IT. If a house number is 103 and the Post Office is delivering to 112.. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE. Is the person blind..Please fix this. Just stop haveing this person, who made delivery's July 5th to West Kittanning, STOP. You need not fire but PLEASE TAKE THEM OFF DELIVERIES. PLEASE
