My son was in a terrible accident on 11/11/25 and is in the ICU, with a fractured neck,multiple broken ribs and a broken sternum, his car was totaled and he’s 2 hours from home . When I called Zimmermans to retrieve his cell phone from his car they refused, demanding to be paid in full . My son has full coverage insurance which will cover the cost when all is said and done . This company is run by a cold-hearted greed driven person . All we wanted was for the family to be able to keep in contact with him .
