?This is THE WORST internet I have ever had.? I work from home full time and we have to reset our router 3-4 times a day. Not only is this the worst service I have literally lost out on thousands of dollars due to the internet dropping. I am a Day Trader and operate many online businesses We have techs coming to our house 1-2 times a month. I have the highest package and the top router from the company. I have NEVER got the speeds I have been paying for. We have been dealing with this for the last 5 years. No matter how many Upgrades or Updates they do it still sucks. I DO NOT recommend Indigo Wireless at all. Get Blue Ridge if you can.

Waiting list for service. But good company and great install people. If they did not do a good job i guess there wouldnt be a waiting list.

This is the worst internet I have ever had I live in Knoxville and we have nothing but problems with it. I would not recommend this internet to anyone!!!

Great customer service and very knowledgeable about their services. Worked with me earlier this year during a bad snowstorm to get my Wi-Fi set up at no risk to their workers but also very quickly. Glad to have them out here in the boonies.

We had Verizon internet before this and this is definitely a step above Verizon. However, it's gotten to the point where I had to reset the modem every day in order for the internet to work. We called and someone told is they'd be out on Monday, which they never came out, so I had to try to fix what was wrong myself. Today is the second time I've had to factory reset the modem to get everything to work again. Being in Knoxville, we don't really have many other options.
