Carrier marked package as hold at customer request. I literally watched him drive by, and the package I waited for all day was not in the mailbox. He straight up lied about not delivering it.

Mail person is terrible. Just got a notification that my mail was attempted to be delivered but there was something blocking my driveway/front door. 100% a lie. Nothing is blocking the entrance to my driveway or front door. I also have cameras and alerted anytime anyone enters my property, plus I was home with family all day. In and out of the front and back yard. No mail person attempted a delivery. Constantly delivering my mail to the wrong address and receiving neighbors mail. This has been a constant issue with the same mail lady for 9 years. Something needs to be done. Accidents happen, but at this point this is just laziness and negligence. When you call the post office in Kunkletown, PA. They either don't answer, don't help, or are down-right rude.

I'm living in Switzerland and have had an unimaginable horrendeous experience with this local U.S. post office. I had sent a package (shoes) to a customer who lives at Philmar Dr in Kunkletown PA. Neither my customer nor me were informed that the package had been delivered on the 1st of April. We figured that out on the 18th of April after I had to make several calls to the customer service. The lady that I had the conversation with was very helpful and recommended me to issue a service request on behalf of my customer. The service request number was 76986741. Thanks to the lady that helped me issue the service, my customer was called today on the 21st of April by the local post office just to be told, that they don't have any further information. My customer tried to figure out who the delivery driver was on that day and if that driver could help out. The manager of the post office felt offended and had the feeling that my customer was accusing the staff of theft, which wasn't the intention at all. According to my customer the manager was being rude.
This is beyond my understanding. The USPS is owned by the U.S. government thereby funded by the government and thereby funded by the U.S. citizens. So this means you're supposed to satisfy your employer or at least help him out to your best of your abilities and if that's not the case I have no problem with you getting sacked.
I'm not mad that I lost some money because of this local post office, I'm mad because of the time I have lost due to the stuberness and plain stupidity of one person (the manager) inflicted by their pride. How can someone be so prideful of themselves, when they got nothing to show and have absolutely zero credibility to their name?

I'd give 0 stars if this was an option. I moved 2 weeks ago I to a development and have yet to receive mail.
They needed to change the lock on my box and after a week of calling and being told it was going to be changed it finally was. Their excuse was "I was looked over".
I called again because no mail has been delivered and after receiving informed delivery I know things should be coming. THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHERE MY MAIL IS! A package was delivered so when she looked up the tracking number she said it was delivered. I'm not sure where they delivered it to but it wasn't to me, but yet they were okay with leaving a $800 check on the windshield on my car in the middle of the day when no one was home.
GET IT TOGETHER! WORST POST OFFICE I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH!

I have had so many issues getting my mail and packages since I moved here , it is impossible to get in contact with them and when I submit complaints online no one gets back to me and when someone finally gets back to me nothing is resolved. My mail is still in other peoples mail boxes and I still am having issues receiving packages. Most recently I was supposed to get a package on 11/22 I was home the entire day yet I was told they had “issues” delivering my package and an attempt was made at 7:20p it was 4:35p when I got that notification so they never even tried to deliver it then they changed the notification to “customer request to pickup” which I most definitely did not and I was unable to get in contact with and STILL have not received my package. Extremely unprofessional.

Such helpful folks at this Post Office! In particular, Nancy is just great at customer service and helps with packages gone awry. Just a nice experience to go there.

I don't usually write reviews but for this post office I am. They have extremely poor customer service. The lady at the counter behaves like a child. Followed me out into the parking lot to tell me not to come back because I told her that the reason the post office is losing money is because of extremely poor customer service. If she doesn't like the reaction of customers to her behavior maybe she should stop & look in a mirror at herself. Possibly even change her behavior, she won't but they'll just continue to be an over priced noose around the taxpayers neck. They don't even deserve the 1 star I had to give them to write this review.

I have had missing mail, I get other peoples mail, I have had packages disappear, and my neighbor just dropped of my tax paper! What if I wouldn't have gotten it? No matter how many times we call, they never get it right and they are rude as well. Worst postal service I have ever received! What can be done? Who can be contacted?
