The clerk could not get the scanner working. Of course people want a receipt. How do I know when and if my package got picked up? If you don't have working equipment, then don't offer the services.

Had an important document that had to be sent 2nd day air with Fed Ex. They are open till 9 pm to scan in items. Person who helped me was great. Wish I'd known about this location sooner. It's only about 19 min from. Where I live. Highly reccomend.
