Update review. Was told multiple times I’d receive a call back within a certain number of business days. Never once did I receive a call back until 3 months later after I repeatedly reached out. Person that called me wasn’t even from this office, no help. Here we are months down the line and there was absolutely no resolution, no customer service, and 0 accountability. Please stay as far away as possible from this place. Unless you like hidden fees, no disclosures, and $600 being stolen for 30 minutes of clicking. Website mentions fees will be disclosed prior to completion of taxes. This wasn’t done and there was no resolution whatsoever. I’ll be opening a small claim if I don’t hear back. Unbelievably unfortunate and unprofessional to run a “business” like this.

I filed taxes in 2023 here thinking that they were getting done then come to find out when I go to file my 2024 taxes they never filed my 2023 then I get penalized and fees and all different things and now I owe the IRS money and they took it out of my return this year And H&R Block is nowhere to be found to correct their mistake. They’re just ignoring me.

I was told the cost wouldn't be more than $165 and I was charged $210 without my knowledge. The receptionist told us that's it's never more than $165 and that's what she tells everybody. They shouldn't be spurting out information if they don't know anything, especially if they're just the receptionist. I spoke to Sharon, and she was rude and didn't handle my request professionally.

Worse experience ever. Not ever going back. Sharon is completely unprofessional. Literally called one day and told me one thing and two days later called and said the total opposite. I am highly disappointed. Also was never told the price till after and I was told $385 for what?!! Aggravation
