My concern is regarding security and privacy. I had an appointment to set up for a new account after fraud was suspected on my current Santander account. I was with Jenn, who did a great job, this has nothing to do with her services. However, her office is right next to the tellers desk, and her office has no door. At least three times, three different people came into her office while we were discussing private account information And tried to strike up a conversation with me and my wife about things we were talking about about with Jenn. It was extremely frustrating and disturbing these people who are 30 feet away were able to hear the private information information we were telling her. I complain in the chin about why she doesn’t have a door and she said that it had to do with the ADA. Whether that is true or not, it is a huge security concern. I’m from the Kutztown area and there were people I worked with in the past who were in the back at the same time as when I was telling her my SSN and other security info.

Terrible customer service. I gave them too many chances. I finally took all my money out and put it in an account that actually earns interest and cash back

Haven't had an occasion to deal with any of the officers of this bank, but I can tell you that the staff, (tellers) are the most friendly and accommodating folks ever. Always pleasant and ready to do their best to help us.

I had an appointment at 3pm to withdrawal a CD and was not seen until 4pm! What was the point of me making an appointment?!! I would have left after 15 minutes but since I only had until Monday to withdrawal the CD and given Monday is a holiday I had no choice but to wait! So happy this is not my bank and nor do I ever plan to give them my business again!!! They wasted an hour of my day that I could have been getting other errands done!
