Because of my obvious, advanced age, the service representative offered to, and handled a heavy, hand truck for me. I appreciated this extension of service to me, the customer, and because of this, I will return to this location for all my future rental needs.

Not too bad of a place really easy to get the U-Haul and leave with the outside lock boxes you don't have to worry about the store actually being open I was the only place in the area that had a U-Haul truck so I was extremely happy that they had that truck he's able to move my baby in I don't think I'd ever have to use their U-Haul services again but if I had to that will definitely be a place I would go to rent a U-Haul

Changed the pickup location a day before we were scheduled to get the moving truck. From 10 mins away to over an hour.

Take a picture of the odometer when you return the truck because they charged me for 20 extra miles.
