“I recently brought my 2025 Range Rover P550e Full Size to JLR Willow Grove at 1,900 miles after a minor issue triggered a CEL. As a first-time JLR owner with a demanding schedule, I was concerned about timing and overall service quality. JLR Willow Grove exceeded every expectation.
My service advisor, Michele, was exceptional. She made the entire process seamless—accommodating my requests, clearly communicating each step, and ensuring I felt informed and taken care of throughout. Her professionalism and customer-focused approach set the tone for an outstanding experience. My service technician, Lamont, provided a detailed visual inspection and diagnostic video, walking through the air suspension, powertrain, and all critical components.
JLR Willow Grove resolved the CEL, completed my break-in oil change, and performed state and emissions inspections within one business day. Their rapid scheduling was unmatched—I checked all JLR locations within the tri-state area, and Willow Grove was the only one able to get me in within two days, which was crucial for my travel schedule.
Between the quick turnaround, quality loaner vehicle, excellent communication, and overall white-glove treatment, this experience cemented JLR Willow Grove as the service center I plan to work with long-term. This is a family owned customer oriented shop with excellent credentials. Don & his team are exceedingly informative & friendly.
Guldner’s was half the price of Caliber Collision (who did shoddy work on a previous vehicle). This type of repair takes a lot of time due to the nature of the work. Dons team worked to get my vehicle back to me as soon as they could. You could not tell that the truck had been damaged at all. Paint match was perfect and Don also removed a tiny ding in my door and covered a deep ugly scratch. When I picked up my truck it was shining (I left it covered in mud) inside & out. They even scrubbed my floor mats!
This is the type of old fashioned customer service that is nearly impossible to find today.
Kudos to yourself & your team Don. I could not need be happier & will never use any other shop.
Ps) They even tried to make my ill fitting tonneau cover work!)”

“I have been taking my 2016 LR Discovery Sport to Mainline JLR for years now. Their team is honest. They are professional and have always done an amazing job. I’ve had to have recommended things on my vehicle replaced, that I replaced myself: they were always spot on and honest with what was needed to be replaced/repaired. My LR has 138K miles. I’ve had some issues within those miles (mostly stemming from a tank of bad fuel that caused some issues). Otherwise normal wear and tear and I’ve always had an amazing experience when working with the JLR Mainline Team. Cannot say more wonderful things. Highly recommend Team JLR Mainline if you have a Land Rover or Jaguar in need of service. Wonderful and professional!”

“5 stars really are not enough to Rate This Dealership. In todays world we all know that customer service is a rarity, most places make it seem like they are doing you a favor even though you are paying them. Ferrari of Philadelphia is an exception. Our experience from start to finish (and after) was exceptional, we were interested in a Used Corvette stingray that a customer traded into them, they treated us like we came to buy a $750K Ferrari. They didn't hassle us on the price we offered they were fair, upfront and very accommodating. Patrick in sales was exceptional, You get that he loves cars right away, loves working there and is all about getting the customer exactly what they want. Our car was sold as is because it was a bit older (they did offer extended warranties) and later after the purchase we noticed an issue with the dash Leather, someone had tried to repair it previously and it didn't look great, Patrick and the dealership immidiately said they would get it totally recovered for us and take care of it, Really this kind of dedication to the customer is unheard of these days. Also George is great in sales, such a genuinely nice guy, i would stay longer at the dealership to talk to them just because i enjoyed it, usually i can't wait to get away from car sales people. Hopefully one day i'll be back for an F8!! I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything from them, thanks again.”
