Jonah and the team at Lafayette Hill are exceptional. They are fast paced, accommodating, and are great at recommending paint types for different projects. This is the ONLY Sherwin Williams we will go to in the area.

The person who helped me sold me not anywhere near enough paint for the project. She never asked me what brand I wanted, just gave me the most expensive brand they sell. I wasted $100 on quarts of paint bc I needed gallons instead. Never going here again.

This Sherwin is the best Sherwin I been in. Everyone from the manage, sales/front desk and reps are great. Hard to get good workers these days almost anywhere but everyone here is great at their job.

Customer service was really good, friendly and helpful. The store looked a bit disorganized, partly because they were missing product due to supply chain issues. My only real issue was the 4% add on CHARGE for their supply chain issues! Why would I have to pay for a supply issue they have? More home improvements were done over the Covid lockdown than any other time, but now they are adding a fee?Review would have been 1 star for that, but the associate was solid.
