I have had a great experience with Dr.Sanderson.
He paid attention to my pain so he followed up very quickly so I appreciated. He understood(diagnosed) my sickness and its symptom well so his prescription worked well for me.
Although there is a season that it is hard to meet him due to lots of sick friends but his kind attitude toward me did not change even when he was busy.
I really appreciated his easy explanation when I was not able to understand my referral doctor note due to my language barrier as an immigrant.

Dr Sanderson is wonderful and spends time with you. He never makes you feel rushed like other offices where you know they only allow 10min per patient. I have also never had an issue getting an appointment with him.

The staff is always changing besides the main Drs. so quality of care is I consistent. Deboer when I first saw him was inconsiderate and kept asking me the same questions over and over and kept asking if I’m sure about my answers and dismissed many of my concerns, while also making assumptions about my health if I needed certain tests to be done.I find it’s always a struggle refilling my prescription as well. I call 72 hours ahead of my official refill date like they say to do on the answering machine, but they never fill it within those 72 hours. If I call any earlier I get yelled at because I’m calling “too early.” The only way I’m able to refill is if I call as soon as I run out and tell them I’m out. Even when I call the day of needing my script refilled, i always get attitude over the phone from reception because they have to do a little extra work since their DR. Didn’t have the “time” to refill my request. I called on Tuesday this week and they haven’t even SUBMITTED THE SCRIPT TO THE PHARMACY YET.Also their office hours aren’t listed on Google and they’re incorrectly listed on their website. I called this morning because it says they’re open Saturdays 8:30-12 or something like that, and I get the on call nurse…. UPDATE YOUR HOURS AND ACT LIKE YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR PATIENTS. They’re lazy and inconsistent.

Every time I go there there’s a new reason they can’t take my blood samples and try to send me to another office. It’s like going to a bank and then bro g out of money. This place has a huge amount of turnover as well. I will not be returning. DeBoer is the only one who is ever available as well.

All the staff are professional and phenomenal. Dr. Sanderson and Dr. de Boer are absolutely amazing. Both are extremely educated and truly care about helping their patients. The negative reviews on this page you’re absolutely wrong and should not be taken into consideration!

I have been with Dr. Mowery for over 11 years and I love his honesty and to the point with his diagnosis. When he left I though I would have to find a new Dr's office. Cov19 came and end up in the hospital.. When I got out of the hospital with after having Cov19. Dr. Sanderson made sure he followed my care. He got me back on my feet again. The front desk can get busy but I still get the care that I had with Dr. Mowery was there. Yes I'm going to miss Dr. Mowery but I understand that he had to pass the practice to someone he trusted.

I've been going to this practice since birth and since the switch to Temple they have seemingly lost my medical records....? Not only that but the front desk staff are very cold and do not make you feel welcome at the practice. If that's not enough reason for the low review, if there is bad weather do not anticipate a call notifying you of their office closure. Instead you'll have to drive an hour in the snow to find out the office is closed... So much for looking out for your patient's welfare. Probably time to start looking for a new practice...

I stayed with the practice because of Dr. Mowery, and now that he's gone I refuse to put up with the nasty front desk staff any longer. Every single time I need a referral, it's an issue. Whenever I call to speak with someone, they act as if I'm bothering them. This practice does not provide any customer service which is a basic requirement in this industry.

this is from gerald r saulino, as i can seem to get my name up here. my rating would be low, as there has been no followup on my phone meetingwith Dr Sanderson. I was told i had diabetes II, need to take metformin, and would receive a copy of the dibabetes diet. I have never received this document, and have asked for it numerous times. The office keeps saying they mailed it out.I always open my mail, as I have a small business at my home.please help

Just tried to become a patient because of recommendations that Dr. Mowery is excellent. Sadly I could never get to the doctor because the front staff is so rude and dismissive. Could not get past the hold button on several tries to contact the office. The woman who answered was incredibly unprofessional. When I explained I had been left on hold for an unreasonable amount of time and I was trying again and wanted to make an appointment she rudley and sarcastically said "okay hold "and put me back on hold. Front staff is everything... It's who we have to deal with. I'm sorry that a doctor with such great reviews has such a terrible front staff .

Dr. Mowery is great, but the front desk staff is horrible. They're so rude and condescending, and obviously hate their jobs. Especially Jen. I can't go back to this place anymore, despite how good of a physician Dr. Mowery is. You can thank your front desk staff, Dr. Mowery.

I have been a patient of Dr. Mowery's since birth and have been very satisfied with the type of care I receive from him. He's incredibly receptive and sweet! However, the front desk is the most useless group of rude individuals I have ever had to deal with. They are snippy and unhelpful. Now 27 and expecting my first child, I can't say that I'll continue coming here if I have to put up with such abhorrent administrative staff.
