“My wife’s MiniCooper totally died and was towed into BBack.
BBack replaced the Alternator with an OEM ND/Denso and also replaced the battery with an ACDELCO AGM W a 3 year warranty.
In addition the pulley was replaced and the Serpentine belt. The car runs like new

I called Dale on a Monday morning and went right in for an estimate, after receiving several high estimates from others. The car was dropped off on that Wednesday morning and ready for pick up that afternoon. You can’t even tell there was ever any damage done! I highly recommend the PDR repair. It was very reasonably priced, an exceptional repair, and was quick. We are very pleased with the whole process and will return for any future body work needs.”

I don't recommend buying an Audi though. Always check the vin before purchasing! Canadian VINs aren't warrantied by Audi in US!”

I don’t leave many reviews, but if this helps anyone decide whether to use them or not, Vince’s saved me literally thousands of dollars by finding a warranty stipulation that would cover my car’s cracked manifold. They researched, called my dealership, and even printed supporting documents for me to take along when I took my car in to get it fixed. I ended up getting the manifold replaced for free.
