The ladies at this store are pleasant and fun and went above and beyond to help me. Susan and the other ladies who helped me were gracious, running around and grabbing different items for me to try. Found a beautiful blazer and top.Hands down, one of the best shopping experiences I've had! Definitely the best service out of the other Chicos in the area. Warrington location is closer to me, but service due to one not pleasant employee led me elsewhere. It worked out, and Lahaska Chicos will be my go-to from now on, thanks to the women who work there :)

I went to this location and get help from one of staff named Patricia, she is a designer who work here newly. She is very patient full to help me to choose the accessories which fit me well. I am truly appreciated her help. I am recommending you to visit this store and ask for her help.

There were 7 of us who took a girl's stay out with mom in her wheelchair. All 7 of us enjoyed the chicos and the women were very friendly and helpful. Because we were there early and wanted to look around for more things they offer to hold our items until we returned. Both ladies working at the time we were there were wonderful.

I had a great shopping experience here. The staff is warm, welcoming, and very attentive, but not pushy. They provide personalized customer service, which is rare these days. The store was clean, beautifully laid out and they had a nice selection of classy, on-trend clothing. The staff took the safety of the customers seriously by wearing masks and limiting the number of customers in the store. This was my first time shopping here, and I will definitely go back again in the future. Highly recommended!

I love Chico, however, I did not like the customer service that was provided to me last week. I was returning an item with the tag. Unfortunately, I took the wrong receipt with me. The lady was able to pull up the transaction on the system but refused to process the return, asking me for the receipt. I came home looking for the receipt but could not find it. I read the Chico return policy on their website and also spoke to the customer service. According to the customer service, if my item had a tag and was purchased less then 60 days, I had no problem returning it without the receipt. I am disappointed that the lady at the store refused processing my return, and made me drive back to the store the next day to return it.
