One of the associates here was incredibly, inexplicably racist toward my Asian partner and her mother. You’ll recognize her as soon as you walk in as the classic “Karen” type. She asked us multiple times (despite not asking anyone else more than once) if we needed any “help” while we were looking through their selection. In total, we were asked 4 times in 15 minutes. You could see it in her face- the quick blinks, the head turn, the confusion at why someone like my partner’s mother would be shopping there. If you care about customer service, I recommend not shopping here. FYI, it’s far from their first credible discrimination allegation too.

I come here twice a year to buy a summer and winter purse. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The staff doesn’t pester me they let me browse in peace. I’ve never had a problem at this location. Fast check out too. Heading back tomorrow to buy a winter purse ?

The associate at this store helped me find another store that had what I was looking for after 2 others said they couldn't and wouldn't let me pay over the phone. Very helpful of this store!

People hawking you the whole time you are in the store. There were 3 customers, I was the fourth, and 3 sales associates asked me if i needed help. The store is not that big, so every associate heard the other one ask if we needed help.
