“I purchased a beautiful large print from Melinda. When I went to hang it, part of the resin frame buckled and broke into several pieces, compromising the frame. Melinda and her team were great to work with me to document the incident with photos and reach out to the manufacturer. I had my new replacement piece several weeks later.
