I don’t often write reviews but it’s important to acknowledge when someone is amazing at their job. I walked into lab corp today without an appointment. The wait time was about an hour but well worth it. Valecia was our lab tech and did an amazing job taking my 16 month olds blood. She was calm, kind, patient and skilled. My daughter was moving and she still managed to get everything done on the first stick. Highly recommend her for pediatric patients.

Horrible! Employee with the short white hair let a guy she knew just come in, sign in as a walk in after other walk-ins, and she takes him back before everyone else, as they proceed publicly talking about and catching up on personal friends. Ridiculous and unprofessional to give preference to your friends, as if other people’s time isn’t valuable also!!!!

Great service.
1) I foolishly forgot my doctor's order, and instead of being upset, they helped come up with a solution and were extremely helpful.
2) I don't really like getting my blood drawn, and the technician lady was very patient and helped me stay calm.
I scheduled online in advance, which I think helps make the process go smoothly.

I have to say, I always hate getting my blood taken because people can’t find my veins. I had Valecia and it was easily a 5-star experience. She has skill and was able to get my blood in one stick. I hope to get her again.

I just left the Lahaska Lap Corp for blood work. I had the pleasure of having Valecia help me. I have had a lot of blood drawn the past year and I have to say, I love this lady. I do not like doctors and tend to have bad anxiety going for appointments, I have felt nothing but at ease and welcomed by Valecia. She is so personable and truly makes you comfortable. I never mind going to see her. I am one of those people that feel wonderful feedback is equally as important as negative. Some people only like to complain. I like to reward. You have a top notch employee here. And we are all lucky to have her.

Valecia is absolutely wonderful. We needed a blood draw for my 15 month old son and had horrible experiences at other labs. Not the case here - Valecia was patient, gentle and very thoughtful in her approach to doing the blood draw for my son. She ensured that the process was as painless and smooth as possible and we could not be more thankful. If we ever need more blood draws for my son, we know we are going to come back here and see Valecia. If you're someone who is nervous about bloodwork or you have a infant/child needing labs this is definitely the place to visit!

Love coming here. Appointments are encouraged, but if you can’t make one, they are very efficient and I have found that the wait is reasonable. Shefali, one of the two lab technicians, is wonderful. Very pleasant atmosphere and team overall.

Even as an adult, I hate having my blood taken and I drive 20 minutes out of my way just to go to this location. Valencia is amazing and as long as she is doing the draw, I don't even feel a thing. She is very nice and friendly and makes a nervous situation more comfortable. She has even won statewide awards (from what I saw in the office). Make a reservation online for an appointment!

I’m sitting here at 1:26pm and the door is closed. I had to wait for my doctor to call back to send the script. I jumped in my car and made it before 1:30pm!! Now I have to wait for Monday to leave a urine sample and wait for the culture. You should be open until 1:30 if that is what you advertise on your door!Lahaska Labcorp

I love going to the Lahaska lab corp!! Valecia is awesome, she always get the draw even though my veins are so small. And always so pleasant. I could go by work which is totally the other way but choose to go there for the politeness and blood draw.
