The local post office at Peddlers Village in Lahaska, Pennsylvania, is a noteworthy example of efficiency in a small package. Its compact space is impressively well organized, allowing for a smooth and easy experience. The staff here are particularly commendable; they are not only friendly but also remarkably efficient and helpful. Each visit to this post office is a positive experience, demonstrating that excellent service and a welcoming atmosphere can thrive in a small setting.

Nancy was very snippy and snarky about helping me send out a package for my 2nd time ever. Do not recommend going to her for help and customer service. Made me feel dumb and stupid.

This Post office is horrible. Despite the quaint location, every time I go in there I’m faced with rude or incompetent customer service. I set up my P.O. Box. specifically to ensure I’d receive high priority mail and yet despite that I’d paid a one-year subscription, they had my box marked as empty for a month as I waited for a new passport. It was sent back to sender since my box was marked empty. This caused serious delays, and resulted in me missing important work meetings and my company had to book a new flight.Currently, the woman who works here is terse and rude with an attitude every time I go here. Learn some customer service skills or get a new job if you’re so miserable. I will be going to the post office farther away from me from now on just to avoid this place.

Walk in and the employee was without a mask, which whatever but the sign on the door literally says ALL must wear masks. I came in and he was on the phone, didn't acknowledge me or anything. Literally just carrying on his conversation. I should have left but waited until he decided it was time to take care of paying customers. This employee was certainly profiling me and it was very uncomfortable. He asked for ID and everything in which he entered my info into the system. Nothing that I purchased warranted taking my ID nor my info at all. Last time I will ever set foot into this post office. I suggest others take heed.

This place is great! The people here are always friendly, courteous and helpful!! Plus, 24 hour lobby.. Can't really ask for much more :)
