I needed a new microwave with dimensions larger than average. Sandy did all the research and helped me choose the perfect microwave. Install was quick and efficient. Overall just great customer service.

UPDATE: My wife and I needed to look at a new freezer and microwave for our home so we took the opportunity to address my mother’s wall oven at the same time.We never found out what happened with her order but are chalking it up as a great deal of miscommunication.We worked with a saleswoman by the name of Sandy. She was VERY PLEASANT to work with to meet our needs. She spent a great deal of time with us, along with Sonya(the owner), to ensure my 86 year old mother will be taken care of soon.I will update my review again soon and will update my rating accordingly. Right now I’d have to give them a 4 star rating as no one took responsibility for her order getting cancelled and for no return calls being made to her. I’m very optimistic that things will work out in the end.***Old Review Below****Unfortunately I have to give Aurels 1 star. If I could give zero stars I would. Any business that treats elderly customers the way they have treated my mom shouldn’t be in business. My parents have always purchased their appliances from Aurels and when their electric oven started giving them issues they decided to also replace their dishwasher. While their installer was at the house he also measured the opening for a new oven. My parents drove to Aurels and picked out what they wanted and placed the order. After dealing with some major health issues with my father (93 yrs old) my mom called Aurels to check on the oven. Sonya (owner) told my mother that there was no order because my mother had cancelled it, when in fact she didn’t. My father passed away so my mom hasn’t been able to focus on rectifying it. We just called several days ago and we are STILL waiting for a call back. Obviously Aurels doesn’t care about customers who have been loyal to them. It’s no wonder they are getting the dismal reviews they are getting.Aurels Appliances should be ashamed of themselves for how they have treated my elderly parents. We will find a different place who will value our business!

I have to say, I’m doing this review because the customer service I have received because of defective appliance purchased from this store is above and beyond! Every once in Awhile you get a product that doesn’t work and that’s not the fault of the store but the manufacture. Their customer service did everything in their power to make it right. Because of this I will be returning for future appliances and am glad to say so.

July 17th will be my two year anniversary of quitting Aurels. No longer do I have to deal with selfish customers like Samantha, who dont listen to instructon to call first because we have a delivery truck coming in and the warehouse will be blocked for customet pickups. Duh!

Needed a new dryer, and Aurels was awesome! I first ordered a GE, but when it arrived, the delivery guys noted it was scratched and immediately told me that I needed another dryer. Chris checked my vent, and said I needed to order a dryer with less depth and gave me suggestions; he even called back to the office to let them know. Went back to the show room, Colleen quickly set me up with a different dryer, which was delivered with a week and fits perfectly. Thanks Aurels! Great customer service, great selection. They also did all my appliances when I first moved in.

We bought our first appliances here. And when we need a new one we always go back. They do their research and let you know good bad or other wise. I wouldn't buy anywhere else.

Excellent Service, during these tough times getting what you want in appliances isn’t easy if you go to one of the big chain stores. Not being from the area, we were told you really need to go to the best family appliance store in the area, AUREL’s.We were in the process of building a new vacation home, and needed several appliances.There was no push to purchase from them at all as before, they carried both high end and builders budget.They researched on the computer, looked up in their brand books to help us get just what we wanted, it was a certain large size refrigerator and we didn't want the standard finish of stainless steel, they went the extra-mile and took time with us find the exactly the style and finish we wanted for our new home.The service people went above and beyond; were courteous to call to tell us our order units were in and to arrange a delivery date w/ us / install so we could open up our building site. The refrigerator was huge and heavy the installers were awesome, it took two men to get it up the hill and in to the house they were very respectfully of our new home’s flooring, we just had to tip these guys! We are so glad we went to an independent store that gave us the intelligent descriptions features on the appliances we purchased along with better pricing and more of a custom look in our kitchen. We are so happy and appreciative of your services we would just like to say, Thank you!

I called this place from out of state to get fridge for my dad. They cannot be bothered with you. Customer service does not exist. The man seemed bothered at my request for a fridge. Go somewher else. I ended up calling Music & Video Express for the fridge. They were so kind they had it to him the same day!
