Dr. Ebi is by far the best Doctor I have ever had. He is caring, listens to the patient and is always available when you need him. I would recommend him to anybody!

Sarcastic, unkind remarks from the lab tech is absolutely unnecessary. Clean it up; in other words, brush up on your communication skills, even if you are a substitute for the regular tech.

Dr Ebi is one of the best PCP’s I have ever had. He is kind, caring and compassionate. He takes his time and never rushes you. We never feel like just a number with him. I would recommend him to anyone.

If I could give Five Stars I’d give it to my Nurse Practitioner who no longer works there, Since I moved here I’ve been Homesick and she was the only friend I made here, but for Doctor Ebby who I’ve waited to come back from Vacation having him go out on me in front of my Father saying things that aren’t important and things that’s False. Ive made a clear Decision that I won’t be going to this Doctors Office As long as I live.

2 hours before close and they had 2 patients but could not take another patient. Very rude and they just do not like their job.

If I could give zero stars I would, every time we try to come here the wait is either 2 hours or we are turned away. today was at 4 they are supposed to be open 6 they turned us away saying they were closing early. Also when I was injured in a car accident with what I originally thought wasn't that serious my mom brought me here by the time we got there I was in severe pain and having difficulty walking my mother asked them to bring a wheel chair and help get me in and they turned her away saying I was seriously injured and needed to be immediately transported to the nearest hospital and sent me on my way in my mother's car, my mother asked if they could call an ambulance and they refused. It turned out I had life threatening injuries and was bleeding internally. Avoid this place at all costs!

Called to obtain a new primary care physician because I'm new to the area, was told leave my information and someone will call you back in a few weeks to schedule an appointment. After 2 months I called back and explained I have been waiting 2 months just to schedule. She advised me that they have a very long waiting list and it could take a few mire months to schedule an appointment then the appointment will be a few months. Why do they still take new patients to wait 4 to 6 months to be seen is not acceptable. Is this what the world has come too.

Called them bc I tested positive for covid and have been to there office in the past they come in to give me 200 bill just to tell me there nothing they can do for me bc I'm not consider there patient since I haven't been there since 2017 thanks for nothing health care is nothing but a big scam as far I'm concerned any more

Terrible I called them bc I been there in the past they use to be very helpful but this time I was covid positive with symptoms at my worse bc they told me to and all they did was take my vitals and tell me they couldn't help me bc they were not my primary care dr they old told me that on the phone but chose to bring me in there office and charge me to relay that message if it wasn't for my bad asthma I wouldn't of even went sorry I did it took me another 2 days to finally call another Dr he called me in a prescription and 2 hours hours later I was able to breathe normally again will nvr be back again

Have my primary here and they are top notch. Most of these bad reviews are from urgent care patients. The primary doctors are amazing and nurses are too. I've seen walk-ins that were being ridiculous and rude to staff. I'm very thankful to have a primary physician here who understands all my medical concerns. Everyone has always been attentive and great.

Neglected to provide antibiotics during a suture procedure and then requested that I make another appointment given the circumstances. The NP was fully aware that it was a construction related injury and that the site would very likely become infected without oral antibiotics. If you care about the quality of your care, I highly recommend that you go elsewhere. It is not acceptable for a doctor's office to set a patient up for further complications so that they can make sure the force you into an additional appointment slot.

The front desk is great. Mixed results about the rn. Cold, dismissive radiologist.No real doctor on staff despite being connected to a doctor's office.2 hour wait, although they were accommodating.I was in terrible back and hip pain. Hurt to walk.I requested an MRI since I was recently in a car accident. The ER in lvhn straudsburg and st.lukes, claim they don't have one when I was brought in and I already had x-rays.The RN or nurse practitioner, I forget, said they don't issue referrals per policy. (My family doc is on vacation.)I had x-rays done of my back and hip. The radiologist was cold and had an I can't be bothered attitude.I get a call the next day. They said nothing was found.I'm like, seriously? Every x-ray I got previously shows I have spondylosis, herniated disk, lower degenerative disk.She says my spine is in good condition then used a lot of medical jargon stating this.I'm not stuipid. Someone's slacking off there and I'm still in pain.WTH is with the medical system in pa as of late?

Dr. Ebi Rowshanshad is an excellent doctor! He is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. He is a great communicator who listens to me as a human being not just a patient. He carefully explained everything from the diagnostic test options available and their results to treatment options as well as his professional guidance. He even helped me navigate my new insurance plan. When I go to see him I feel so comfortable I truly feel like I'm going to visit a friend. To top it off the staff in his office and are wonderful!

Unfortunately I had a horrible experience at the Hamlin urgent care today. I was a walk-in and I anticipated that I would have a wait a bit concerning I didn't have an appointment so I did so for 45 minutes, patiently and in pain. I was greeted by the receptionist who was very nice to me and could see that I was in severe pain in my mouth. She was considerate and very kind. This experience turned terrible when I was called back by the "nurse" who was an absolutely nightmare. She would ask me questions about my pain, as I would try to explain she would interrupt me... Like I said severe pain so I was upset and crying, a normal reaction right. Well said "nurse" told me and I quote "That's enough of that. You can stop crying now" And then wanted to badger me about why I didn't have a mask on my face when clearly my problem was my face and mouth. Regardless of "COVID-19" and "masks" she was completely unprofessional and absolutely unsympathetic. I must say that woman should never have become a nurse. When you specialize in the care of people, you don't treat them that way. When you clearly see that they are in pain, you don't tell them that that's enough and they should stop crying now. She clearly does not like her job or herself because if she did she would have at the least pretended to care about the patient and kept her personal opinions to herself. All I can say now is, here's a lesson to all health care providers out there. Being sympathetic is a must. Being kind is a must. I hope that this will be seen by the office and maybe this can be a teachable moment for the staff.Very disappointed in Hamlin urgent care!!!

Have now had three seperate appointments rescheduled at the last minute! Totally unprofessional!. Waited three months for an appointment to get a call the same day that the doctor is on call at the hospital and they could not reschedule for THREE MONTHS! Was able to see an NP within a month, that appointment was rescheduled. Now today, had an appointment for a follow up - when i called to confirm, was told it was rescheduled without letting me know for next week. very unprofessional. Don't bother making an appointment, they won't honor it.
