Great if you like 9 day holds on ANY check with basic checking account and surprises. Hopefully they got my cashiers check a hotel room on its 9 day trip. Staying with Fidelity Bank now. The thirty min drive for an atm doesnt seem so bad now as ive never had an issue with them. cant close NBT account until check clears besides. Was not informed of the 9 day hold policy on new accounts when i signed up. Should have know better when i walked in there was no heat and the computers crashed twice while opening account. 2 hours of my life i can never get back and another day spent redirecting all auto payments and withdrawls back to Fidelity just so checks process in modern day standerds ?

We applied for a home equity loan and it was made so easy for us. Everything was explained to us. Minimal waiting for all to go through. We had a great experience as usual. That’s why we’ve been there many years.

Awful people! No customer support!!! Manager is awful!They need to remember it's the customer that counts not the bank itself nor that stupid manager she's so rude and they sit on the phone and talk to each other about the customer while the customer is standing right there they think they're so funny they act like this customer is stupid and doesn't realize what's going on but that's not the case they're just showing who they are I've decided to remove all my money from there and will never go back again

Not sure who the robber is, but I'm pretty sure it's the bank itself. I was charged a $3.75 ATM fee today. That's outrageous. Not even convenience stores, gas stations and retail stores charge that. How can a bank, who owns the ATM machine and the property in which the ATM resides, making it easy and convenient to replenish with cash, get off charging that much of a fee? I am new to the area and will never be back to this bank. This is robbery.

This bank is shady don't do business with them!!! I've had to report them to the better business bureau. I have a personal loan with them and when I tried to pay it off the stated it's my fault that the account information I gave them was incorrect when in fact it's their phone lines that skip while talking. They continue to charge me interest on my loan while they "looked into it". They also messed up my credit while they were supposedly looking at the issue. They did NOT call back when they stated they would which caused the payment to be "late" which accumulated more interest even though I tried to handle this situation long before payment was even due. They refuse to allow customers to speak to a manager and their customer service representatives shouts at you and will try to talk over you. I am warning everyone not to do business with this company.

4 stars due to Terrific service from the friendly staff; they know three-fourths of customers by name and bend over backwards to kindly aid even the more-common-than-should-be rude/illiterate white trash that wayne county has to offer. Free coffee is also offered from a well-kept Keurig in the lobby area for java enthusiasts. One qualm with the actual bank itself is that they are technologically dated in some aspects. Who requires fees for implementing online/mobile banking?; generally, banks reward customers for downloading/using their app. FYI for non-customers visiting, there is a $10 fee when cashing all checks of $100 or more.
