Rude owner, yells at elderly customer, states don't every come back here again, after providing the refund. Zero stars. I see others saying same thing. Just boycott this place. You don't treat your customers, or people in general, that way.

Kellogg's is more than a garden center. It offers the best variety of healthy plants, trees and flowers in the area. What makes it unique is the huge warehouse of products in these categories: gardening, household, decor, automotive, tools, etc.
The prices are very reasonable and the staff is helpful in finding the products for your needs.

If i could give this place zero stars i would. I heard from neighbors that the Kellogs owner and employees werent nice and rude, but decided to try them out anyway. I called about a gravel drop off. I first spoke to Anne who was helpful but didnt really know what she was doing when it came to how much gravelI would really need. She told me to call back closer to when i needed it done and didnt want to schedule me right then because i was asking for a date about a week out. I called back and spoke to 2 men who supposedly scheduled me for a drop off, i gave them measurements of the drive way and expected them to show up that weekend as they had confirmed. They never came and when i called back and spoke with Anne she said it wasnt on the schedule. Anne scheduled me and i gave the the measurements, she calculated how much i would need and gave me a quote. They showed up and the amount that she calculated only covered HALF of my driveway. They had to come back with a second truck, charge me another delivery charge and billed me double the amount i was initially quoted. Never got an apology and was told that she miscalculated. The experience was dissapointing to say the least.

"ITS ALL ABOUT THE PLANTS" We got a golden weeping willow and butterfly bushes earlier this year this year and the plants are doing fabulous. September 16th of 2023, we purchased several mums which was half the price for that size in Stroudsburg. They look marvelous. I am satisfied with my plants. I however, witnessed blatant disrespect from a customer to Mr. Kellogg because he asked her to stop the car and not try to squeeze through a small space, she cussed him, insulted him and told her husband to put back the item he was now bringing to her because it is Mr. Kellogg who should be bringing it to the car. He was helping me at the time. It was senseless Mr. Kellogg did say I don't need this you could leave; he was not wrong in doing so. Yes! Customer is always right, but not ALWAYS:

My mother died in November. My coworkers gave me a gift card towards a tree in remembrance of my mom. I decided that mother's day would be the perfect day to pick it out. I've never done this before so I asked one woman what the process was and if all the trees they had were in the back section. She responded with "there are trees all over". All of a sudden she switched with an older woman who was much nicer and answered all of our questions. She had a man meet us outside to tag the tree I picked. He said he would be able to come the next day to plant it. He didn't show up. Okay..no big deal. We gave it a week before my husband called to see when they would be bringing the tree. The woman said he would get a phone call back by the following day. We never heard a word. Finally on week three my husband calls again. He spoke with a nicer woman, but then he spoke with the owner. He accused my husband of having an attitude and made excuses as to why we didnt receive a service we paid for after 3 weeks. He was trying to get my husband to go get a refund so he didn't have to come plant the tree. After my husband said no, I want it planted..the owner handed the phone back to the woman and said " I can't deal with this f**king guy today". What was supposed to be such a beautiful thing was turned into a really bad experience. It was actually really sad. This is the only review I have ever written for anyone.

Spent a lot of $ for large pots of perennials, 7 King Ferns, hosta, etc. Last Year. This year None of the pricey Ferns show any life. I went back to find out info. Wouldn't even stop her lunch but told employee they just didn't winter. I'm a Certified Master Gardener, have been for over 2 decades & gardened since 1973. So I know how to grow things. Save your money only buy annuals that should die. And aren't too costly. Fortunately there are other Nurseries nearby. All the shrubs & trees visible from the road are trucked in from distant growers.
