Nobody ever answers the phone here. It doesn’t matter what time of day you call (between 9 am-4:30 pm) or if you call 10 times in a row, your call will go unanswered every single time. And lucky for you you can waste your time multiple times by calling repeatedly then driving there only to be told “your package is on the delivery truck” even though it’s too large to deliver to a mailbox “come back tomorrow”.

Our packages are still in the post office but they don’t give it for us. They have a terrible attitude, so rude and not helpful.

I lost a lot of backages here. They are not helpful with everyone. My backages are in the back, but they are lazy to look for it and don't give it to me.

Is anyone else having issues with the Lake Ariel Lake Post Office, specifically with tracking showing that a package arrived there, but never left note was delivered?

employees are good but they have wired rule . So we leave in hideout and we have designated area for mailboxes which have different address than house . When we set up the mailbox I was told that for mail we have to put mail box address and for packages we have to put house address. So I ordered from Macy’s and I put house number. Half of the package was delivered by ups without issue but half of the package supposed to be delivered but usps and they didn’t bother delivering to the house. Usps jut put the “insufficient address“ and returned the package back. worst thing is that I ‘m not able to reorder the item because it’s out of stock. It’s very confusing and usps should have package issues resolved. Obviously customers have no control about the carrier and if it happens that packages end up going to usps they have to take responsibility delivering them

Mail is missing for months at a time and disappears, prescriptions from the VA take a month to maker it "rush delivery" from the VA in Wilkes Barre, I could literally walk there and back faster, and today we had 2 inches of Snow, I have had NO MAIL IN OVER A WEEK, missing mail from the PA government, my lawyer, the VA and the frickin post office, I got a line about no delivery today bc of the snow? 2 inches? THIS IS NEPA. Mail goes dead for weeks at a time, mail never shows up, and all I hear is "its presorted before it gets there, then just replace this drain on the tax payers pockets with a mail sorting machine because that will actually show up for work and not give some weak borscht about weather. "Neither snow nor rain nor heat nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds."

Moved here a month or so ago from a neighboring county and I’ve been so pleasantly surprised with how I’ve been treated as a customer from both the post office and my carrier so far!

Sweet water rd postman is horrible he literally threw a microwave on my concrete porch it's all damaged and I'm angry as anything. Po sucks will not answer phone!

If you live in a community, they will not deliver packages to your house. They will go to the community mailboxes and leave an "Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt" form, forcing you to go pick up your package from the Post Office. So lazy and inefficient. Nobody else does this - UPS, FedEx, Amazon Delivery have no problem delivering packages to your home. Only this USPS office won't deliver packages to your actual home address.

On two different dates 3/13 & 3/23 sent out checks to pay my bills & they never received them. Now I'm being charged late fees & also $30 each to cancel checks at bank. $300 total

I've been in contact with this post office several times and they have been excellent. There carriers are very friendly.
